Role of Mahasabha

Rishi Atri told that Chandrma would be instrumental in something that is going to happen in future. Does anyone think that there is any relation between Chandrma's negligence towards Revathy and the Mahasabha. Will it have any significance in the love story of Sati and Shiv? In the serial Om Namah Shivaya aired in DD; it was shown that 27 daughters of Daksh were married to Chandrma; but he loved only Rohini and as a result Daksh cursed him. What about the other 25 daughters of Daksh? Have the CV's forgotten them?

I also think the same..what about the other 25 wives?they r only showing Rohini n Revati.. in Surya Puran they show that Chandra loved Rohini n she also loved him n want to merry...bur Daksh said to Chandra that if he want to marry Rohini then he have to marry his other 26 daughter..but Chandra don't want to marry them..so Daksh said no to his proposal..then Rohini told him to say yes...then for Rohini Chandra said yes...but he never want to marry...so he ignore his other wives n they complain to Daksh about this n Daksh warn him many times but Chandra never listen to him so he finally curse him...

Actually Daksha cursed Chandra... but then Chandra goes into Shivaji's sharad...and he lessons the curse...

27 wifes...?thats way to much to be shown in the show..Rohini .one of the other wifes and Chandra are enough for the representation of the story!

moon has 27 wives in all ...all the nakshtras in astrology are names of his wives...daksh's 27 daughters were in love with him but he loved only rohini and to get rohini as his wife he agreed to marry others ut ignored them and got cursed by daksh that he will die and the beauty he is so proud of ,will fade away...after curse moon started becoming darker day by day all 27 wives begged prajapati to do something but he cudn't take back his curse ...then they prayed and searched everywhere for solution at that time they were told by narad to pray mahadev as mrityunjay and only he could save chandrama then all 27 pray to mahadev and mahadev cures chandrama from death...the curse gets altered to sukla paksha and krishna paksha where for 15 days he grows bright to full moon and for remaining 15 days he dulls and we get amavasya. since no god can save from death and only mahadev can cure terminal illness and give life by defeating death he was called mrityunjay and his glory and power came to be known to all especially sati...thus failing daksh intentions of brainwashing sati against mahadev!
