'Dear Maneetians... as our beloved show.. takes a break for this season... we at the NL take this oppurtunity to recount.. n relive some of the heartwarming moments of the show...GHSP that brought.. not just Maneet.. but the forum in our lives...! Today our writers ... have each expressed their fave moments of GHSP in this very special and season ending NL ! Hope u have a good time reading!!'

My favorite moments of ghsp:

My favorite, most dreamy,most passionate and most sensual moments are

Kurbaan hua and the engagement scenes and even now the show has ended I still cant find the reasons why???

Kurbaan hua; because msk in full black and geet in white sari, their dance,the lift ups,the moves,the unspoken chemistry, the unspoken desire,passion,love,anger or attraction may be or maybe which something beyond all those feelings.Maybe because maan comes from behind and put his hand on geet's tummy and geet melts in no time or because he pulls her passionately towards him during the dance when she is hurt because of what he says before the dance that she did all the wrong things on purpose.I don't know why I am still under the spell of this magical night all I can say is I have no words and one explanation is that maan and geet were so magical beyond limits that night that its hard to put the feelings into words.

Engagement witnessed by sab ka mama aka chanda mama:

Maan goes running after geet in white shirt and jeans and all the buttons undo revealing his fine greek god like chest and geet in pink frock and churidaar looking so fragile and vulnerable and when he picks her up I his arms she melts like always and is lost I her eyes than in front of moon he tells her how they are destined to be together and no one can run from destiny for me there are so many passionate meanings of these words like its time to surrender, you are only mine,you cannot run from me and when he took that ring out of his pocket and slip into geet's finger it was like he was making her his and geet looked at him dreamingly like they are flying high in the sky.

How do i pick just ONE Maneet scene out of the hundreds that we've gotten over these nearly 2 years? How am i supposed to choose between the heart racing hugs/intamacy, the pain inducing (via laughing) nok-jhoks, and the heart warming heart-to hearts? How am i supposed to say that i love one scene above all else when the truth is...all Maneet scenes are seared into my mind and heart...How? How? How? Damn you Tanu and Dimple for making giving us such a DIFFICULT and HEART BREAKING task!! 😭...

However, as much as i LOVE ALL MANEET SCENES...i am able to point out one scene that stood out not only over Maneet but over all Telly Jodi's there ever was, there are and there ever will be...and that...is the CONFESSIONS SCENE...the setting was classic Geet...Maan ka camp ground...did anyone ever thing that a CAMP GROUND would be the setting for the most romantic and tear-jerking confession...i sure didnt...but put Maneet in any setting and they turn it magical! our Kurbaan hua jodi were dressed in white...a pure and simple color just like the love they shared...and thus it began with Maan telling his pyaari Geet that she is unique and doesnt need to change for anyone, least of all him, because he likes her just the way she is...he apologizes for coming on so strong and promises to wait for her until she's ready to take the next step...this is when our sweet yet strong Geet says that with all the baggage she carries, she has no right to drag him down with its weight...and so the confession goes...each spilling out their heart for the other...leaving themselves bare and open...leaving them vulnerable yet hopeful...she believes she is marked and impure...but for him...she is the purest of pure because her heart and her soul are crystal clear...for him the definition of pure is Geet...with Geet returning the taveez to its rightful place...around her Maan's neck...around the neck of the man that rescued her, gave her strength and the man that loved her...they cemented their confession with the promise that they will begin every day and end every day with each other...they sealed their confession with a hug...a heart warming hug that had us all melted into a pile of goop...as the camera faded out and moved on to the next scene...that is when i realized...that the most beautiful and most powerful confession scene didnt at any point use the three words everyone else always uses...neither Maan nor Geet said "i love you"...why? because it was not needed...their loved didnt have to be said out loud for them or us to know it...it was something that we already knew...and that is what left me speechless...ive been around IF and indian drama for years and never had a confession scene been complete without the leads proclaiming their love verbally...but that is the magic of Geet is it not? words arent always necessary to convey what they feel...the understanding is there...they are able to read between the lines so that proclamations are not necessary...when has a couple on TV ever done that...NEVER...when will a couple on TV do that again...NEVER...why? because there is no jodi like Maneet...there is no love like Maneet...they are one in a hundred thousand trillion...no jodi will ever be like them...i will forever remember them and for that i must thank the CV's, GC and DD for the wonderful job they've done in succeeding to make me cry tears of joy...even as they bid farewell...it wasnt with the typical "i love you" style...it was in typical Maneet fashion...leaving us speechless, breathless and begging for more!!!

The scene that etched into me forever is the HP scene after maan fights off the goons and tells GEET..Ghar chalein..

The ILU's and kisses and hugs stand no where in front of that one line..Ghar chalein..

For a girl who has just realized that she has no family or house those lines by him made her secure and also she knew he would be there forever with her, and I could see it when she nuzzled into his neck un consciously when he lifted her from the car seat after reaching back home.

An OS that I wrote long time back..I would like to share it..here u go..

Angel : lets go baby..

The baby looks up and sees the angel protecting her till
yesterday smiling down upon her and holding a hand to her .

The baby shakes her head and clings harder to the cord .

Angel: U cant stay here anymore, god wants you back with
himself.

Baby: but mamma wants me too, she loves me.

Angel looked at her with a sad smile.

Angel: I know ur mamma loves u a lot but the outside world
doesn't let her be happy and now its her time to be unhappy again. U must leave
her and come with me.

Baby: No mamma has no one except me in her life. She will be
all alone if I too leave her.

Angel: baby, mamma has papa too now.

Baby: but papa fights with mama

The baby puts on a sad face.

Angel eyes are filled with tears now. She had taken many
children away before but this one, the child for whom this girl had given up
everything, even the angel didn't have the heart to take her. But God had given
her clear orders to bring her back. The child who had been the reason for this
girl of 18 to live.

Angel: papa fights with mama coz he loves her.

Baby: But papa forgets about mama when he is angry, he hurts
her too.

Angel had no answer to this. She didn't know what to say.
She usually had answer to all the questions but today she failed. For the first
time the angel had run out of words and explanations to the little one.

Angel: baby come we are getting late. I cant leave u here,
mamma will be up any moment

Baby: But mamma will not be able to live without me.

Angel: baby she will learn to and u can come back to her
later but not now.

The baby was baffled at this statement. If she could come
back later why couldn't she stay now.

Baby: have I been a bad girl.

Angel: no baby u have always been good. U have supported ur
mamma and given her strength when she was weak u have been a good child to her
always.

Baby: then why should I come

Angel: baby ur mamma needs to learn to live with papa too
and she thinks only about u all the time not papa.

The baby chuckles at this.

Baby: see my mamma loves me so much.

Angel : I know baby.

Baby: papa, loves me too u know that and he is happy that
mamma thinks of me more than him.

Angel: papa loves u and mamma more than u know baby but..

The angel was again lost for words

Baby: I can come back later..

Angel: Yes u can..when mamma and papa call you, you can come
back to them and at that time I promise I will let u be with her always.

Baby is confused what to say to this.

But baby ehsaas ( I named her that) does not wanna go with
angel. She cant leave mamma all alone and go.Yes papa is there but mamma will
be shattered if she goes. She is
thinking of some thing to say so that he can stay back with mamma.

Baby: what will mamma do once she knows I am no more with
her.

Angel knows very well that mamma will never be able to get
hold of the fact that her baby left her all alone in life. Mamma had fought
against the world for the baby and now baby also leaves her. Mamma will take
days or even months to accept the truth.

Angel: baby papa will help her to live ahead..i promise u
that..papa will be always with her..he will stand with her whenever she needs
him..

Baby: papa will be with her, but mamma will not be able to
take it in that I left her..i know my mamma I know her.

Angel : Baby mamma will have to live with that..I cant leave
u here..not with these people the outside people do not like u and they will
harm u .

Baby: I am not afraid till I have my mamma and papa with me.
I know they will protect me always.

They hear a voice..its mammas..

" baby I will be ok..dont worry and don't worry u will be ok
too..i know I hurt u but papa will take care of us..i know he will.."

That's the last words that mamma spoke before darkness surrounds
the baby..

They hear another voice.."angel come back with the baby I cant
give u any more time.."

Angel: come baby..we have to go now..

Baby: but..

Angel: u heard him we have to'I am sorry..

The baby is in tears by now..but she knows she has lost the
battle..

She says: mamma I will come back, I will be back whenever u
call me and then I will be with u forever..i am sorry to leave u like this..but
I know papa will take care of u..and mamma u love me na so take care of urself
for me..i will come back soon..

With this the baby ehsaas hands over herself to the angel
and the angel and baby leave..

In the world outside..the doctor says.." sorry Mr. Khurana I
couldn't save the child.. but your wife is out of danger now.."

Most memorable moment...,imagine picking only one or two Dhak Dhak Moment from the from whole 470 episodes,😳i do not have heart to go back to old memories and write :( I Feel so Numb...but its my job to do so yeah i picked 2 pics as per Tanu ji 's Order 🤔

Here go my first Scene Which made me to drool over this Man call MAAN SINGH Khurana ☺️And the first scene which made me to Go OMG OMG ☺️the moment where he removed his shirt and jumps in to water and picks geet in his arms...OMG ☺️

and my second favorite moment which i always watch again n again is Maaneet marraige...The Most High Expected Marriage which turn out so Well than we expected ...i almost love the scenes from marriaige track and the expressions on Maan and Geet's faces while the rituals are amazing &Mindblowing 😳😍...as i cant put all the pics i have picked my most 3 fav pics 😛😳

Its not a Good Bye...i Will see you all in the Next season 🤗

As we say our 'Miss u' 'Come back soon' 'Adios' to this SEASON of MAGICAL Maneet... i m glad that i get this one opp. to recollect the two most important moments of GHSP that... made me fall head over heels in love with this show...

(1) KURBAN HUA ------ Never before had a man looked more SEXY n DRESSED to KILL. .in BLACK.. and a woman... ANGELIC and SCINTILLATING in White ...!! When these two apparently different.. people came TWO-gether to groove onscreen ...time.. space ..matter ... et all.. STOPPED... n with it my HEARTBEATS too...!! This singular moment.. made me fall hook line n sinker for Maneet... so an ODE to.. 'Kurban Hua' for bringing Maneet in my life... and me in GHSP forum! 🤗

(2) Maneet Vivaah:

'Main aaya hun lene tumhe.. Zamane ko chod kar..'

Aao chalo sath mere... Basayen... sitaron mein ghar!!

'Hakeekat aur sapne mein.. koi to farak hota hoga...

Yeh to mera sapna hai... Sach kaise ho sakta hai????'

I will never forget this.. Regal.. Royal... BLUEBLOOD wedding.. ever .. ever.!! The excitement... the thrill .. the passion. .the madness that consumed me.. from the moment i saw the promo.. to the moment when Maneet became.. Mr & Mrs. ... .were truly incredible..!! My second most favourite moment of Maneet... has to n has to be... Maneets.. SHUBH VIVAH... the union of two souls..who wandered the vastness of the galaxy.. to come and settle in each others arms.. and belong to each other.. FOREVER!!!!!!!!😍

Day 1:Maan decorates the room with candles to prepare for his date with Geet. Geet gets mesmerized seeing the ambience set for the date. Lucky and Preeto shift the dead body to Nandini's room to escape the situation. Nandini screams aloud seeing the dead body which attracts Maan and Geet's attention towards her room.Dev and Nandini hide their faces to avoid getting identified by Maan. Preeto is worried about her lost earring.As Maan and Geet try to continue with their romance, they get disrupted by Adi's call

Day 2 :Drunkard Jugnu searches for the killer while Dev with Nandini's aid shifts the dead body in Jugnu's room. As Adi calls Dev, he comes to know about the brothers being in the same hotel. Meanwhile, Lucky and Preeto too, sees Dev and Nandini in the hotel. Maan catches Dev in the same hotel as he sees his signatures on the papers. Jugnu hits the killer seeing him gaining his consciousness. While, Nandini also comes to know about Preeto being present in the hotel and catches the couple.Jugnu keeps the killer's body in front of Geet's room. Listening to Geet's shout Maan with the entire family assembles in the hall. The hotel manager tells Maan's family about the killer being alive. The cops recognize the killer and arrest him followed by the utter chaos within the family. The Khurana family have a good laugh at the entire incident.Dev and Maan talk their heart out with each other about their love in life. While Geet too, states her heart out to Nandini about her love for Maan. The couple decides to gift each other something precious for their anniversary

Day 3:Maan shares his worries with Lucky and Dev about presenting a memorable gift to Geet on their anniversary. Geet on the other hand, is puzzled too thinking about the gift. Maan showers rose petals on Geet while the entire family awaits the couple for the celebration.Everyone wishes Maan and Geet and esquires about the present that they have given one another. Maan asks Geet to find her surprise in the room.Geet gets emotional seeing a cradle gifted by Maan.

Day 4:To Maan's surprise, Geet also gifted him a cradle. The couple gets emotional seeing the gift. Geet shares her pregnancy news with Maan. Maan gets elated receiving this news. The entire Khurana family impatiently awaits the arrival of the new member in the house.The excitement in the Khurana fmily is at its peak as everyone is busy preparing to welcome the new member. Maan becomes too caring towards Geet.As time flies away, Geet delivers a baby boy. Maan and Geet share their happy and emotional moments with each other.

Day 5: Maan nad Geet attends Pia and Abhay's wedding, Geet dances with Ankulp trying to jealous Maan and Maan with Gunjan.Finally Maan Geet dances together a bit at the End and bids Farewell to the audience.

13^th December:

If a kiss could say how I love you, my lips would be on yours forever!!!

Geet and maan wants to plan their surprises for each other on their first wedding anniversary which is tomorrow but are not getting opportunity because when geet thinks maan will do his office work late night he comes early to the room and when maan decides to plan alone expecting geet would have been sleeping by now he finds her awake so he tells geet he wants to do some arm stretching and geet first gets romantic and says why isn't he planning to sleep but than thinks that it's a good thing she will get some time to plan something special for msk, msk goes to seek dev and lucky's help who fail to help maan but than suddenly something comes to his mind and he decides how to surprise geet, as he goes back to the room he again finds geet awake who make an excuse that she went to the kitchen to drink water than says to msk its late night and we should sleep but msk pulls her into his arms and put his hand around her waist and lovingly says that he want to look at his beautiful wife to which geet says with those sleepy eyes msk says when a beautiful bala is standing in front of you how can someone sleep geet pretends to be getting angry and maan hugs her from back saying soniye and tells her that its been a year seeing her naqli ghussa and her nakhras and that's how so much time passes away but the best thing is that nothing has effected our love no matter how many ups and downs we have seen.Geet turns around and putting her arms around maan's neck and tells him that this love will remain the same as ever because this Hoshiyarpur wali geet has written her name with maan with pakki siyahi and this siyahi will never fade away and msk says with a meaningful smirk on his face really??? And then they get closer than ever and leaning on each other's lips the most hottest kiss ever msk's hand on geet's waist and geet's hand in mks's hair(the first and the last in the show)

And after this kiss of maaneet this is how we maaneetians and geetians feel:

This kiss was like a chocolate cake'and now that we have had it we can never get enough!!!

Although the week was full of beautiful romantic and touching mahi moments

Like geet narrating her and maan's story to maan when jab they met how they hated each other and how they fell madly in love with each other and now they are heading towards a new journey with new dreams which they will share with their little baby angel.

Also when maan showers rose petals on geet in the morning, the same day of their wedding anniversary and tells her that how to strangers become"aik dosray ki jaan"

When Msk.Jr is born and maaneet give tribute to each other with tears of love in their eyes and maan says that I have always dreamed of you and me together and our heartbeats but now there will be other little voices with our heartbeats, geet says our relation will remain the same always and msk says we will be an example for the world who will say that "pyaar ho tu maan aur geet kay jaisa"

These were really touching moments but the one I crowned I have crowned

The most mahilicious moment is the scene which we maaneetians have waited for two good years a kiss!!!

Dialogue Of The Week

Maan: Pyaar ka khumaar sir pe chad jaata hai na tu insaan sawaal jawaab toh bhool hi jaata hai aur saath he saath khud ko bhi bhool jaata hai par usko nahi bhoolta..

Geet: Ise pyaar kehte hai..Koi bahari taakat ka asar nahi hota..rooh ka rishta hai humara..

Geet: Hamara Pyaar, Hamara Rishta humesha kayam rahega'ek misaal banker Ki mohabbat ho toh sirf Maan Geet jaisi Aur jab tak mohabbat karne waale rahenge Tab tak Maan geet kis Dastaan unki zubaan par rahegi..

I could have written down every dialogue the two spoke in the last three days coz they all touched me so much but the definition of love by maan and geet and the final declaration by geet that till there will be love they will be remembered for their love story was an ultimate declaration by the show makers(currently working) that the show will live in the hearts of the audience forever and in their hearts too as a memory.

The dialogue not only made me cry but also made me realize that how much will I miss the show and trust me it's just been four days but every time I look at the TV I see them smiling..even when the TV is off. I know I have officially lost it but to me LOVE is redefined by Maan and GEET.

That's all and this would be the last time. I will miss this and also Dimple and Tanu PMing me for the entries..Sorry people.

Dhak Dhak Moment of the Week

1. Kiss Ka Kissa: OMG! 😲 so...after nearly two years of waiting we finally got to see a Maneet KISS!!!!! 😳...yes...of course it was one of those camera trick kisses where they turn their heads and the camera pans in such a way that it seems like a kiss...but boy did it do the job!? 😉...but...again here is where you have to give it up to DD and the CV's...in the shot...you have Maan's back to the camera w/ Geet's hand on the nape of his neck...then...she moves her had as if to pull him in closer...that tiny gesture is what gives the "kiss" an authentic feel...know what i mean 😆...

2. The Final Maneet Episode: the last episode was full on Maneet...from the beginning heart-to-heart to the last one...it was beautiful...the joy they shared with the news of Geet's pregnancy...they way GC was able to portray Maan's initial disbelief and eventual happiness over the news was fabulous...the way he cared for her...the way he paced like a stressed expectant father outside the delivery room...and then...the way he wiped the tears from his eyes as he first saw his wife holding his son...oh oh...son se yaad aaya...the beautiful smile on his face when the doc says "Mr. Khurana...mubarak ho...beta hua hai"...👏...it was awesome...the final scene...it melted my heart and broke it all in one go...it was executed perfectly by GC and DD and the CV's who managed to find the most adorable baby! kudos!! usually the babies are just dolls but here...we had a real baby...of course DD as Geet was no less fabulous...the pride as she gave her husband the news he wanted...the love she shared with him...and the pure happiness that love that shined from her eyes as she watched her husband hold their son...her kissing her sons tiny feet...haye...marvelous!! of course the CV"s rocked as well...the way the put together the flashback montage of many Maneet moments...it took us down memory lane and reminded us why we fell in love with Maneet...not that we'd ever forget... the final dialogues were awesome as are all of the meaningful dialogues of Geet..."..mohaabat ho toh sirf Maan Geet jaisi...aur jab tak mohaabat karne wale rehenge...tab tab Maan Geet ki dastaan unke zuban pe rehgi"...HELL YA!!

Honestly... i dunno what to write today... 😭 Heart is aching.. remembering that last moment when Maneet were together on the screen... for this SEASON (yes call me a dreamer.. but i BELIEVE.. Maneet will return. .n SOON!!!).. but DIMAG (read Dimple) boli.. kaam to karna padega beta 😡 😆

For me.. there cant be any other icon...this week.. than.. .our lovely Maneet ... for when it comes to STYLE... no one does it like our Jaanus!! As someone said, Mohabbat ho to Maneet jaisi... hum kahunga...STYLE ho.. to MANEET JAISI 😎 Presenting ... the ishtyle icon of the week.. for the GRAND FINALEEE WEEK!!! 🥳

Finally our Long time Wish Fullfilled on 12th December 2011 👏😆well its not the kiss we wanted but atlease we got the Camera angle Kiss 😳😳😆 my attma is sacrificed after this kiss 😆

Finally we got our Baby Maan Singh Khurana 😳Such a Adorable cute BSK which is resemble oftheir Baurtiful Love story 😳😳this whole hospital scene made me 😭😭😭Expression of maaneet are so emotional 😭😭this is the end of beautiful Story of Maan & geet too 😭 😭Hope we meet them again in season 2... all they Deserve is a Bow from all of us for their outstanding Performance...Maaneet,Gurti,DD,GC & and the Entire team deserve it 👏😭Maaneet and all of their goose bumps ,Mahi moments ,Dhak dhak will always remain in our heart forever ...!!!!!

i really want to share Dimples Avis of the Hospital scene where i want all of u to feel the beauty of the scene as words really cant define Maaneet only can feel it ...

Wonderful Newsletter edition 👏👏👏👏...It does look like the grand finale edition ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...The entire NL team has done a wonderful job and so congrats to the whle team for this awesome effort 👏👏👏

I dunno what to say anymore as I m myself feeling so damn emotional after reading all the wonderful favourite Maaneet moments shared by u all😭😭...No wonder we can never forget Maaneet ..they will forever remain in our memories 😭😳...

Wonderful selection of picture ,dialogues and scene for the final week 👏👏👏

Hats off to the entire NL team for such a grand presentation and selection in each and every edition 👏👏👏👏

No really I'm bawling here..

WHY OH WHY did the best show ever have to end like this!?!?!?

I agree with Jaz's W*F moment.. I mean W*F really is going on here.. why did GHSP END?!?!! HUH!!

I feel like there's a big void in my life after seeing the only show I've ever watched till the last episode end when it was only just getting started (as in Maaneet's truly spectacular married life!!!) .. *sigh*

But as Tanu said I am one of those hopefuls that this was just the 1st season yaaron =) hehe =p

Amazing NL guys .. I will really miss these weekly editions.. they were so fun to read and I remember always frantically nodding my head at all the different moments everyone picked and the comments that they shared which always echoed my own sentiments about the scenes!

This one made me nostalgic ..

I will go with Jaz here and say that the Confession is one of my all time FAVOURITE scenes not only because it was the most UNIQUE confession of love between two lovers that I had seen but because of the simplicity in it .. and though it was simple it was out of this world amazing ...

The dialogues really did the trick and the way GurTi portrayed those feelings was magnificent..

And I think that's the time I really fell in love with MSK because he accepted a girl who had such a dark past without falsely accusing or faulting her for anything despite knowing she's carrying someone else's child! I mean that is just extraordinarily UNIQUE! I have never seen a man being portrayed so trustworthy before.. NEVER.EVER. And I think that's the one thing that stayed truly special to our show .. if we can see Maan nor Geet have ever falsely accused each other of heinous things and if they ever got into MUs they got out of them so fast and so beautifully that you'd never believe they were fighting with each other!

My most favourite non-dance sequence is PEELOON <3 That is the episode I started my GHSP journey and that is the most passionately gut-wrenchingly emotional sequence I've ever seen shot on a couple.. that scene still makes my stomach do flips when I watch it .. I mean just the way Maan looks at her in that sequence is enough to make you melt into a puddle!

And my favourite dance sequence: Well sorry but its gotta be a tie between Kurbaan Hua and Maahi Maahi =) Those two dances are so passionate and so different and unique in their own way that I can't seem to choose between the two! Love GurTi for being such exceptionally great dancers on top of being exceptional actors! Kudos to them for portraying all the emotions so damn well on screen and making us laugh, smile, cry along with them!

I won't bid goodbye to GHSP for its still in my heart and I shall cherish and love it forever.. and after GHSP ended I ended my journey with Indian Telly as well .. because frankly speaking nothing is as interesting or as unique as GHSP / GurTi / Maaneet ..

SHOULD these two come together I will certainly watch them because these two have set the bar sooo high that I always end up either comparing or saying "Maaneet would've been better in this" while watching other shows LOL ..

So hoping fervently that these two return and return TOGETHER because it's their amazing chemistry and talent that has made us so addicted to them <3

LOVE YOU MAANEET/GURTI/GHSP!! Thankyou for giving us such great memories for nearly 2 years .. =)
