Yesterday the episode of Saathiya without English Subtitles was stuck on the front page

I spoke to Dhruvie our regular videobie to ask why they was no English Subtitles video as a sticky instead this video from a name we don't recognise and it's got no English Subtitles, she told me that a Coolbie had unstuck her thread with English subtitles and put that thread up instead...she also said they were investigating which coolbie it was (very likely it is not our Saathiya DT member, so not our Coolbie)

This got me thinking that the copied written updates with the tags but people that are able to copy those updates word for word and put them on another website's forum, this is a big problem on India Forums...what do you think about my theory that this Coolbie who created this thread, Unstuck Dhruvie's thread and put his/her thread up instead (with no English Subs) is the same person that copies our Written Updates and puts them on an external website to India Forums, because those Written Updates are tagged so that nobody can copy them, but these people from other websites still manage to copy them...so a Coolbie is involved to un-tag the written update copy it and put it on those websites possible, and if India Forums now investigating who put the video up and took out Dhruvies, can question this person further, the Written Update Copying can be stopped. Plausible right?

A Coolbie cannot unsticky other posts babe!

A coolbie can only sticky and unsticky her OWN posts ie: A post that is written and posted by herself. The rights of sticking and unsticking posts of each and every member is given to the higher DT like Viewbies, Mods, GM, and CMs.

A Coolbie cannot do that even if the Coolbie is in the SNS DT or not :)

OMG what does this mean babe that the Sticky was unstuck by not a Coolbie but someone with higher priveleges like a Viewbie, GM, CM, Mod's. Also that pramilashrestha is actually in this group not Coolbie but higher.

When they are investigating that will narrow down the field to catch that person, as they are less of them to the Coolbies.

Yup yup, Coolbie can only sticky/unsticky her own posts. So definitely this work is not done by any Coolbie! It's gotta be someone else. I saw Dhruvie's anger on the Coolbie forum; I hope this issue is sorted out soon!

@Nafisa : Regarding the Written Updates, the person who copies is using HTML. So i guess they try to see the code in Internet Explorer and they copies it from there. I was facing the same problem before till i changed to the new format which is of image and they could not copy it now. Even if they do, they have to copy word by word or use the image itself which has IF watermark and logo.

With regards to the written updates apparently any hacker also can get to them, and IF is working on a more robust system to block this type of hacking, perhaps Visha's way is the best for all written updaters for now, until the matter is resolved.

Hey guys,

looks like this issue has been solved out and misunderstanding cleared out.

Thank you Soniya and Visha for clearing out Nafisas conspiracy theory:)

With regards to written update, try to use membersonly and nocopy tag. Vijay and his tech team are trying to find solution by finding a new technique to prevent our updates and other material from being copied.
