Premkumar back to square one. His nallavan roles ends with one episode. Prince mixes drug in water & offers to prem which takes its effect on him. Prem's 10days of hard & sincere efforts to wean off the habit goes down the drain. Prem polambing & fights . Prince says nallavan role doesn't suit him , good as a villain , villains changing for good are thing of past ' gone with MGR days movies. Now a days a villain is a villain is a villain for ever ' a leapord can & will never change its spots. Princes' brain wash prevails over Rathi's advice , drug wins over determination , Prem once again falls prey to the sathan , asks Prince for more supply.

Vasanthi & husband engaged in name selection for the baby. As expected could not agree on each other's choice. Husband says Chellama ' en ammu chellam , en appu chellam chellam chellam. Vasanthi vetoes ' karnadaka name. Husband retorts ' Maha kavi Barathi;s wife's name. Now Vasanthi suggests Deepika & Samantha . Husband's turn to comment . Finally they decide to write down their most favourite name on a piece of paper & come to a compromise & select one. Thankfully both write the same name ' Archana. Vasanthi runs down to inform amma about it. Viji is konjing the child with her pet name - Alamelu Alamelu kutty , alamelu chellam. Family deity's name. Vasanthiku suthama pidikkalai , says kandraviya irukku . It is our baby , who are you to select the name. We have selected one ' Archana . Viji says let us keep the deity's name & call her Archana. Nothing doing says Vasanthi , no 2 names for my daughter , Only one name & that is Archana. That is final. Poor Viji.

Anand & Akash having a discussion in Chaiman's room. Anand gives facts & Figures. Naren's weekly four hours at Mark hospital has caused a great damage to SN . On an average have lost some 30 patients in a week .Akash is aghast at the figure. MB thanks Anand for alerting them & says will try & find a solution to the problem. Akash blames father , feels should not have given permission to go to Mark hospital. MB says ' ethically not right , can't interfere in his freedom & rights. MB calls Naren to his cabin to talk over & sort out the issue.

Akash shows Naren the file , asks him to go thru the loss incurred by SN due to his 4 hours visit to Mark hospital. Naren asks ' what do you expect of me ' do you want me to stop that visit ? Yes says Akash , but the decision is yours , want you to take that decision whole heartedly. Naren says , inpossible , have one year agreement with them , will lose name & credibility if cancel it , career will be at stake. Akash asks him to think about SN also. MB chips in , asks Akash not to force Naren , comes out with his suggestion , asks Naren , whether he can devote 2 hours out of the 4 to SN. Naren apologises for his inability to accept the suggestion.

Akash follows Naren & stops him at the corridor. Pleads to reconsider his decision , says would match the remuneration . Naren curtly replies ' money is secondary , honouring the given word stands above everything else. PK eavesdropping the conversation. [ Akash idhukkuthan pagalil pakkam paarthu pesunu solliyirukku].

Rathi ' Naren ready to go for duty. Both go in 2 different directions , to 2 different hospitals , 2 cars ready. Both exchange notes on their day's activitites. The discussion turns to MB's suggestion. Rathi says periappa bit upset ,must have expected Naren to accept his suggestion. Naren gets angry , says MB & Akash's approach & attitude were not to his taste. They sort of insisted that he should cut short his stipulated time to Mark hospital & devote it to SN. Akash went one step further ,spoke about remuneration increase , as if money is the sole issue . Rathi points out ' money is also a reason to reckon. Naren vehemently denies the charge & drives away leaving a worried & pondering Rathi.

Thursday 5^th Jan 2012

Dr. Naren is looking out for the duty nurse to carry some files to ICU.. Since the regular nurse Stella on leave Sebastian sends nurse Omana to Naren's room. PK enters right at that time & gets to know from Sebastin that Omana is in Naren's room. Flashback of his blackmail scene of Omana at Mark hospital. PK takes over KB's mantle & starts directing the scene from his room – start , camera , action – Omana throws down her cap , kalachufy her hair , starts beating Naren's table with her slippers shouting 'enna vidunga sir'. Naren is shocked , aghast at her behaviour. Omana runs out of the cabin with dishevelled hair. PK continues his direction – now camera at legs running towards Naren's cabin . One by one seniors come out . First Akash entry followed by Rathi , then Sathys & finally Prem with a false concern. Omana cries – Dr. Naren misbehaved with me. Rathi not ready to believe. Naren comes out , shouts Omana is telling a lie , he did not misbehave with her. Omana at top of her voice screams –'he did' . Prem dons mediator cap & dismisses the crowd saying the matter had to be discussed privately at chairman's room. Drama's first scene ends here.

Chairman's room – MB , Akash , Rathi , Prem& Omana with glycerine eyes. Prem prods Omana to describe the scene. Omana wings tail , kai , kaal ,mooku ellam vachu super kadhai viding. Akash shouts – don't you lie – naren would never have done that. Rathi tells , sure Naren is innocent , some crooks hand behind this , asks Omana how much was she paid for this? Omana refutes the charges , says this has been going on for 2 months. Akash asks why didn't she inform him or rathi about this. Omana has ready answer for this too [ PK has well trained her ] – Naren threatened – job Govindha – hence kept quite. Prem puts words in to her mouth – says her accusation amounts to sexual harassment & the punishment is 7 years kambi counting. Naren walks in angrily & accuses Prem behind everything. Verbal war between the two . Omana shouts she will seen Naren one hand , go to police , women's organisation etc etc.[omana played her part well to her director Prem's satisfaction].

Naren's house . Naren pacing the floor. His parents obviously are worried. They ask why that nurse Omana falsly accusing him. Naren too has no clue. Says he is not worried about others , all his worry is is Rathi should not suspect him. Rathi coming down hearing these words, holds hid hands tenderly & with moist eyes expresses her full faith in him. Then she asks Naren what exactly happened. Naren reel oting the day's incidence.

Akash calls Rathi to inform periappa's decision to go to Tirupathi to seek Lord's blessings to get relief from the present problem. In the meantime Omana goes to the police station also have sought the help of some women's organization. Ladies of the organization raising slogans in front of the police station – ' Kaidhu sei kaidhu sei Dr. Narenai kaidhu sei'. Sathya pass on the news to Rathi . Rathi & Naren rush to the hospital.

Prem gloating about his veera dheera seyal to Prince on the phone. Devi comes. Prem disconnects the phone & extends his usual nakkal welcome . Devi no beating about the bush , straight to the point - take back the police complaint against Dr. Naren or else face the music – Kondalval case. Prem puts on his frightened cat show but later tells her podi po , go & give police complaint , I know how to wriggle out of it.

Police station – slogan by Magalir mandram in full swing. Omana puppet dances to Prem's tunes – inspector gives more credence to her statement , poor Naren all his pleas falls on deaf ears. A lady will never tarnish her own name for publicity sake is inspector's argument , supports Omana & talks rudely to Naren. Omana is ready with a written complaint . Naren's Lawyer tries to defend his client. Devi comes to the police station followed by Prem - tells GDP, came to watch the fun in the police station. Devi retorts – so am I .Shows him the written draft . Prem is not worried , says has clout even at Tihar jail.

Prem goes to the inspector , introduces himself & tells that some rowdies have ransacked his house. Inspector has already received this complaint from the Minister. So leaves hurriedly with Prem. Outside Prem asks the inspector to carry on in their vehicle while he will follow them in his. Once the inspector leaves Prem instructs his security at the bungalow to break few window panes & glasses & create a messy scene.

After sending away inspector , Prem returns to Devi to continue his needling – Inspector will return only at night , no chance of bail for Naren, week end kambi counting for Naren. Devi gives her mischievous smile – says , this is not the only police station to give her complaint , my next halt is commissioner's office , Pl. follow me. Prem's dhairiyam kaka oosh. Gets the written complaint from Omana & hands it over to devi. In return Devi gives him her written complaint , both tear it to pieces. Prem warns her that this is just a temporary victory. Devi not bothered , leaves the station with Naren.

Back at SN Rathi & Naren get emotional. They thank Devi . Naren wonders why Omana behaved so cheaply & why she withdrew the complaint without a word when Prem told her. Tells Devi that she is a magical woman. Devi speaks – indha kudumbathoda DIL naan , indha kudumbathuku kashtamo kaLangamo vandal , I will do everything in my power to wipe it off , if needed won't hesitate even to sacrifice myself. Then tells Rathi to take Naren home as is quite upset. Devi leaves & Rathi / Naren's emotional moment continues.

Prince & Prem "s walk the talk. Prince very angry & upset with Prem for letting a golden opportunity slip thru by his stupid act of withdrawing the complaint against Naren. Prince was all ready to celebrate Naren's kambi counting utsavam. But Prem has smashed everything with a single blow. Prince blames Prem for having buckled under GDP's pressure , asks what blackmail weapon does she have over him . Prem says Kondalwal case , GDP has an important evidence to pin him down. Hence he is lying low , waiting for an appropriate moment to leap . Prince points out that GDP might use the weapon life long , & Prem has to bend every time. NO says Prem , it is just a temporary victory for GDP. Just wait & watch the fun – innum konja nearathila I will poosufy coal on Naren's face.

Raksha – an organisation for rehabilitating suicide thinkers. Ezhil meets the thalaivi & expresses her wish to join the organisation . Thalavi after some advise asks her to join soon.

Thevayilladha scene. Vasanthi's friend Uma comes to invite Vasanthi for her wedding. The conversation turns to kid. Vasanthi wants to prove to her friend that she delivered the child , over doing her pre natal experiences – vomiting started on the 2^nd month , green waterkooda kudikka mudiyadhu, suffered a lot , thanks to my mother everything went off very well & had a normal delivery.

An old inebriated man calls Raksha – wants to commit suicide – vaazhkai veruthu poying –defeat & disgrace all thru life. Ezhil's first patient testing her patience. Counselling starts – all muted conversation , but the background scenes keeps changing from sun rise , to sun set , to sea shore & waves , to temple gopuram, to trees , to flowers ,& back to seashore , waves , flowers so on , Ezhil trying to convince & dissuade him all thru. The man is not convinced . Ezhil finally touches his week point – about his grand children. The man suddenly gets an urge to see his grand daughter , hence postpones his suicide attempt. First case success for Ezhil.

Prem holding a press meet . Prince tagging along with him. Prince asks – Naren facela coal poosingnu sollitu giving tea party.What is the matter. Prem replies – it is not Tea party but Thee [ fire ] party. Wait & watch the fun.

Prem starts his rhetoric. First welcomes the press people on behalf of SN . Some blah blah about SN peyar Pugazh etc etc ., about implementing the founder Suresh Barathi's dream one by one. In that direction their next step starting a full fledge Yoga centre. Omana comes & creates a scene – wants justice , says she was forced to withdraw the sexual harassment complaint against Dr. Naren. Press people attention turn to her , asks for a detailed report , Omana film Oting the happenings in Naren's cabin. Says she has not got nyayam , needhi either from the hospital or from police. Now it is in media's hand to get her justice .

Naren frets & fumes. Prem thinks himself to be God – performs both Akhal Azhithal duty – creates & solves the problem be it Omana case or sticking paper clippings on hospital notice board & remove it. Rathi says Prem is trying to settle score with them for the death blow they gave him by their marriage. Press people arrive for an interview. Naren refuses to meet them but his dad & Rathi persuade him to talk & tell them his side of the nyayam.

Naren still in foul mood meets press people & shouts at them . Says they are not going to write what he has got to say , like he is Dr. Naren , a well known Cardiologist, one of the directors in SN , living happily with kadhal manaivi etc etc but want to know about how he behaved with Omana , what was her reaction , what was Rathi's reaction for that , so on and so forth. Shouts & tells as such they have come prepared with their own version & tells them write what ever they want.

Vasanthi's friend Uma walking along the road , bumps in to SN staff Sabastin who happens to be her father's good friend. During the conversation Uma casually mentions that Vijima is spending jolly good time with her grand daughter. Sebastin vandhoma pesinoma ponomanu illama oru Naradhar kalagathai creating – says the child is Vijima's pethithan but ponnu. Uma is confused , Sebastin keeps harping on the same thing- pethi ana ponnu , finally tells Viji's surrogate mother status.

Outside Naren's cabin a nurse is counting tokens. Naren is fly Oting in his cabin – not a single patient since the paper news .Upset & agitated Naren becomes hyper , vents out anger & frustration to Ezhil who tries to calm him down .Worried & concerned Ezhil goes to inform about Naren's condition to Rathi.

Uma goes to Vasanthi's house.Vasanthi not at home. Willing to wait. Vijima goes to make coffee for her. Vasanthi comes, surprised to see the friend . Uma puttu puttu vaiking all she knew about Vasanti – child – Viji's surrogate motherhood.. Vasanthi shocked & upset. As soon as she leaves mandakapadi starts for Viji – Vasanthi accuses Viji to have told everything to Uma , any amount of Viji's denial falls on deaf ears.

Ezhil meets Rathi & informs about Naren's disturbed mood. Same time Naren comes to her room all agitated & frustrated. Rathi tries to calm him down in vain. Naren's depressed mood continues – no patients , all female patients scared of him , has been painted as a womaniser , all because of that villain Prem whom Rathi considers a patient & treats him , & no one have any sympathy on him, while the villain moves around freely nallavan like him have to stay in hide out , his pressure rises , helpless Rathi finds it hard to calm him down. Rathy then gives him coffee along with a tablet. Medicine works , Naren cools down a bit & holding rathi's hand like a child asks will things improve for the better. Rathi assures him & asks him to take rest in her room while she finishes off some work with Chairman.
