Shazia lost because she was South Indian, older and did not wear modern clothes. People think religion is a factor but if you have to think outside factors. This would make more sense and I think there is more evidence for these views.

that is not correct.. on what basis are you coming up with this argument?

Let me remind you that PANKAJ (winner of MCI 1) was also 30+ and wore sarees and salwar kameez so please don't discriminate. It is based on performance and talent. Shipra's performance was excellent from the very beginning of this season, refresh your memory.

I would put it this way-Shipra was a firm favorite to win because she is good looking and articulate. But I feel till the top 5 she did come primarily on her merit rather than looks.

I know seriously...It is so easy to bring religion, emotional drama and now even looks into the picture when your favorite does not win... But people just tend to ignore those extremely talented and innovative brains behind this 'oh so good looking girl, sob story teller, the preferred religion' MCI 2 SHIPRA KHANNA(sarcasm filled adjectives used on SHIPRA)

*South Indian- because Vijaylakshmi got eliminated and she was South Indian background

*Older- because she was 30+ plus and both Shipra and Joseph are young in their 20s

*Modern clothes- she wore salwar Kameez and Vijaylakshmi wore sari but Shipra wore pants and shirt. So this must be the reason

* Shipra was younger, had more appeal to youth etc.

*for people reading this i was being sarcastic and trying to think of other non-cooking reasons to blame as others are like for eg. blaming religion etc* If you think she won because she had an emotional story than that is your point of view but at least it does not blame discrimination on outside factors.
