Paramaatma's house - Two leading ladies of the house are pacing and measuring the width of that room. (idhukku sahasranaamam sonnaalaavadhu pOra edathukku puNNyam kidakkum). ParoMa asks Gayu abt Krishnan's whereabouts. Gayu shrugs and says, I don't know. Now comes the great Rajendran's visit. He comes and tells them that Krishna took the 1 kOdi from him. Ladies are shocked. (ada, namma Krishnanku ippadi kooda varumaa nu orE shockO shock). Raj says he is super smart and just then Krishnan walks in. Rajendran says it was all a set up. Was he a fool to keep that money right in the house for the muttaaL to take to Mugs?

 

 

All of them did not even touch that water and were pretending to be knocked out. (slam dunk, Krishna) Krishnan played right into their hands. Yes, he did fine 1 Crore but all were counterfeit money, carefully planted by Raj so Krishnan can take to Mugs. Now all Raj needs to do it tip off maamaas who will pounce on Mugs and arrest him and who will be blamed? Krishnan, of course. Again, it all comes down to M killing K or vice versa.

 

 

At the foundation, Mugs brings in the VIP and opens it up. Must have studied in the same school as Rajendran. He checks one bundle after the next and while AZ wonders why, he throws all off with temper and says all are duplicates. Krishnan deliberately wants to frame him. Visa is shocked. Mugs wants to take all to the police station and report abt Krishna. (I am telling u, very soon, that inspector will ask for a transfer to thaNNi illaa kaadu, if not done already). AZ says there must be some thillumullu as Krishnan was genuine and he will not to this; stops Mugs as this will make them arrest Krishnan. Mugs and Visa adamant…arguments go on and on. Krishnan wonders what to do after Raj leaves and tries calling the landline. Meanwhile AZ and Mugs play tugalong the VIP game and that knocks off the telephone receiver of its cradle. Krishnan cannot get them on the phone and at last ParoMa suggests Mugs cell phone; even that gets ignored as arguments fly by, on mute (Thankfully)

Police jeep coming; Swetha gets down from the auto and is being sidelined by Visa into a bedroom and informed of some thagaraaru again by Visa. Uncles come and accuse Mugs of having 1C kaLLa notes and none other than a Krishnan was their informer.

 

 

Mugs tells them he doesn't give permission to search but Inspector points out, oru dhadavE paNNinaa, rendu dhadavE paNNina maadhiri; so once pOli pathrams, now pOli notes. AZ tells them they are respectable family (to whom? Someone better wake him up, respectu ellaam andhra pakkam pOyaachu, after Annamalai's demise) Swetha comes out and gives them permission to search. Madila ganam irundhaa dhaana bayam varum…(idha iva solla koodaadhu, having ganam in madi!!) but despite Mugs's protests, maamaas search every nook, corner, paathiram, kudam, idukku, bureau, whatnots, even one guy looks into the well behind (anga suitcase kaiyai neettumaa ivanukku? - sathyamaa ivan recommendationla dhaan police aagi iruppaan. Lifelong constable dhaan) and Mugs is squeaky clean. No fake bills anywhere in the house. Mugs and co are surprised. Inspector apologizes and leaves. Krishnan comes and is being beaten by Mugs. Swetha tries to intervene but it falls on deaf ears and Mugs continues to beat Krishnan.

 

 

Swetha says Krishnan is faultless but no one hears her but us. She clutches her tummy and bends down with a cry…
