Anjali: Yes Akaash? Where have you both reached?

Akaash: We are 15 minutes away from home. Are you sure I should not tell him the real reason for our coming back home? He whispered looking back at Arnav on the driving wheel.

Anjali: No Way! Don't you even dare. Give me a missed call when you are at the main gate. Bye.

Akaash: Bye.

Akaash looked back at Arnav and gave him a cheeky smile.

Arnav: What? Who was it?

Akaash: Bhai it was Di. 😃He said still smiling sheepishly.

Arnav: Then why are you smiling? She isn't well, right? How is she now?

Akaash suddenly remembered the excuse they all had made up in front of Arnav. The same and famous excuse - Anjali not well.

Akaash: OH, Oh! Yeah! She isn't well. He said changing his expression suddenly to a serious and sad looking one.😆

Arnav: What the… 😡He said making a face at Akaash.

Akaash: Bhai, its green signal, please we should hurry up, Di is not well (JHOOT BOLA!!! )

Arnav started to drive again towards the Raizaada mansion with a clear expression of ANGER 😡😡😡on his face.

Nani: Anjali bitiya? Is everything done?

Anjali: Yes Nani, everything is done. In fact I have already asked HP to put everything in the car. And all the things which we will be presenting to Khushi as the shagun are kept in the mandir. Also Akaash had just called up, they both will take about 15 minutes more to reach back home. So I think we should get ready for our 'drama' now. She said with a glint of mischief in her eyes.

Nani: Ah! Mahinder and Manorma?

Nani: Always the same story.🥱 She said completely annoyed with her daughter in-law.

Anjali: Nani we really need to hurry up now. Arnav will be home any moment.

Nani: Okay, common let's go to your room.

Arnav and Akaash entered the mansion looking extremely worried.

Arnav: JP, where is Di?

JP: She is getting ready for the evening! He said not realizing that it was Arnav asking the question and there were a set of dialogues which had to be said in front of him. Akaash gave JP a deadly look.🤢

Arnav: What?😕

JP: Ah! I mean she was getting ready for the evening when she fell down the stairs. She's in her room right now. (JHOOT BOLA!!! )

JP said with a sorry face looking down. Arnav immediately moved towards Anjali's room. Akaash followed giving JP his piece of mind.

Akaash: Oye, Over acting? Didn't you rehearse your dialogues?

JP: I did Akaash bhaiya, but nobody remembers anything in front of Arnav bhaiya!😆

Akaash shook his head in irritation and moved towards Anjali's room.

Arnav entered Anjali's room and saw Nani sitting with Anjali on the bed.

Anjali: Nothing Chhote I am fine. It was just a small accident. I was getting quickly so that we all could reach on time to Gupta Residence and I fell down.

Arnav: Di how could you be so irresponsible? And why is going to the Gupta residence important any way?

Nani: Because of you Chhote! All this is happening only because of you. Anjali is always worried about you and keeps thinking about your future the whole day. That is the reason she's never able to take care of herself and works absent mindedly. (JHOOT BOLA!!! )

Akaash couldn't control and chuckled.

Anjali: No Nani, it's not like that. I am sure once Chhote gets married I wouldn't have to be so worried about him.

Arnav: Di RELAX! Please don't start again.

Everyone became serious and knew that now it was simply impossible to convince Arnav for this marriage. He hated it when everyone used Anjali's health as a way to get Arnav do things according to their wish. And to top it all lies never went down the throat of Arnav Singh Raizaada, The lawyer.

Anjali: Yes it is!!! The soft spoken Anjali almost shouted and stood on her feet in front of everyone making it very clear that indeed it was a drama.

Nani: Anjali bitiya?

Arnav: Nani I want to talk to Di. AlONE.

Everybody present in the room was very much aware of the tension in the room and quietly exited the room leaving Anjali and Arnav to talk.

After an hour or so;

Arnav and Anjali came out of the room to be welcomed by inquisitive faces of the Raizaadas. Each one of them had the same question written on their face.

Mami: Arnav Beta? Are we all going to your friend's house or no?

Mama: Arnav Beta, Please try and understand, we all are thinking in the best favor of you.

Arnav: I do understand that Mamaji. And that is why I am ready to go to the Gupta House.

Everyone had smile on their faces.

Arnav: But, I have a condition!

Nani: Condition?

Arnav: Yes and my condition is that I won't say yes to this proposal until I get to talk to Khushi alone.

Everybody chuckled and sighed a relief but Anjali didn't look too happy/convinced with Arnav's announcement about the condition.

Nani: That's it? For sure you can meet her. She said smilingly. Now should we proceed to the Gupta residence?

Khushi stood in front of the dressing table making sure everything was perfect. Her saree; makeup; earrings; everything was just perfect. There was a knock on her door and she came to see who it was. It was a lady servant of the house.

Servant: Khushi Didi, Garima madam has asked you to get ready quickly, the guests have come.

Khushi: Tell her I am ready. The servant nodded and left.

Khushi closed the door and turned her back to lean on it as she sighed a relief. But the very next second she was nervous as hell. She didn't know how to react and was shivering. Khushi walked around in her room and finally sat down to take long breaths to calm her senses down.

Khushi (self talk): Khushi just relax. Everything would be fine.
