From January, the track of Ajai Sinha's Astitva — Ek Prem Kahani (Zee) starring Nikki Aneja Walia as Dr Simran, the main protagonist, will unfold in London. "We were planning to shoot in England this month, but it got delayed. Moreover Varun Badola (who is in the cast) is getting married later in the month and will then be unavailable for the shoot. We, therefore, decided to postpone the London schedule."
