in my POV...

Krishna becomes angry and dabangg only when something is harming his babu or if she is in danger, etc... even the old Krishna wouldn't beat up someone who says "ILU" to him and hugs him..

I'm sure he considers Meera as a annoying but harmless cuckoo.. that's why he forgot all about her till Prats found the lipstick mark...
