Hi I have been suffering from lower abdominal cramps for the past few days, and I have not had the time to visit a doctor as the hospitals are far from where I live. However the pain is not there throughout the day, it usually occurs once or twice a day and lasts for a few hours. At times I probably don't realize how long it lasts as I go off to sleep with a pain killer. I don't know how severe this is. Someone please tell me if you have had similar symptoms.

pls see a doctor it can be hernia or something regarding PCOS as well. if u r not physically active try walking for sometime everyday.

A forum should be the last place you turn to for health advice.

Please call a doctor ASAP. Your cramps could be owing to innumerable reasons ranging from severe gas to appendicitis (if it's in the lower right corner).

Don't ignore your symptoms and keep relying on painkillers. Get well soon.
