true lovely...that is one thing i completely agree with you. i have maintained that samir soni as a person has chosen a very wrong industry to step in....bollywood castings are based on more than talent....ie looks , excellent pr, resourceful friends, being seen in the right place at the right time with the right people and lastly luck. i don't know how a person with an image of being overly reserved , choosy and ethical(latest scandal puts some doubts on it) is going to survive here for long.
