Personally, I find the whole thing make him brother, make her sister a bit ridiculous and childish. I may flirt with my friends, tease my friends, and interact with them in ways I wouldn't with my siblings - but that does not mean I have inappropriate thoughts or romantic feelings towards all of them. Family is a close bond, I won't dilute that relationship by making everyone a brother or sister. Mature people can be friends.

That being said I don't trust Sky one bit. He has one roving eye for every pretty girl out there and leaves no stone unturned to pass some cheesy lines. Of course he won't consider the hot po*n star his sister. He may already be dreaming of ordering subscription package when the show is done.
