Two little ones which stood out yesterday.

The door scene came across as pretty symbolic to me... She was shutting the door, accepting that all the people who mattered were there, that everyone who wanted to be there had come. His hand stopped her... And, she was reminded that the picture inside was not complete, and to never underestimate him. It could also indicate that the final step between them will be taken by him, when she has lost all hope.

Arnav's apology to Payal I think is probably the most symbolic moment so far. I think this guy likes using the word "sorry" on the Gupta sisters alone. 😆 But, it speaks of a strengthening bond between him and Payal. She is the only one who has ever stood up to him for her sister, and made him realize that he was wrong... So much so, that he has never argued back with her, nor dismissed her anger as irrelevant. Payal certainly knows how to score a bulls-eye when hitting the mighty man. In his apology, he gives her respect, and shows real remorse, both indicating that she now matters as someone he looks up to, as well as someone he will not hesitate to support should she ever need it. He also sealed the "deal" with this apology, by fixing himself as hers and Akaash's strongest supporter (and so far he has done the most in bringing them together). And, Payal has a lot to thank him for even though he did break her former wedding... She knows that if he hadn't done that, she might not have met Akaash... So, in more than one way he is directly responsible for her present happiness.

And, with the whole Shayam track coming up, I think the Arnav/Payal relationship will be very important to how things progress between Arnav/Khushi

Agreed. I even feel ASR-Payal relationship to be very significant and poignant !

Also, the PH once gave in that Payal's character will gain space and momentum once the story progresses further ! May be, this is that stage ?

Anyway, I am liking the sensitiveness of Arnav which once again proves that his rudeness is just a facade. And he will go to any length to fix his mistakes, accept what he has done - no ego or whatsoever.

As for the symbolisms, couldnt agree more !

By the way, I read someone say something about the 'Haldi' that went on Arnav's shirt when Khushi wiped it with the cloth?

Would that be classed as symbolism as well?

Great post! I agree that Arnav will be the one to take the final step, I've always believed that.

Really liked the precap, the fact Arnav came back to personally apologize to Payal was very significant indeed. I can see him being protective of Payal just like he is with Khushi. I hope Khushi confides in Payal about Shyam, after all Payal will soon learn the truth for herself when she moves into the Raizada mansion. Hopefully Akash and Payal will be the ones to bring Arnav and Khushi together like ArHi brought them together.

Good that you posted this though I never look for symbolsim .

Now it seems to me what a newbie predicted couple of days back may come true . SHe predicted sbout the slap before the promo was released. Khushi will be totured and kidnapped by Shyam . Arnav will rescue her and marry her to save her ( more than his sister) . He will pretend that he is marrying out of pity but deep inside it his his urge to protect Khushi from further abuse.

MAy rape wont be shown but that part of the story will match with the original content Vaidehi . I also think that LA will continue to be in the picture .

Hmm yes I see it.. Specially because I don't think one slap is going to stop psycho dirtbag from doing anything further.. It may very well be the thing which pushes him over the edge. I've always considered a kidnap/torture track, and most likely on the day of the engagement (maybe a double engagement now?) so ASR can abandon all and go rescue her. I can do without the marriage track between them for now, but if that's the way it goes, then that's fine too.
