You know ur very right...yesterday during the Nidhi-Anji mom scene...I was thinking that maybe she knows Nidhi loves Dr A...

of nidhi's mother's dead shyama ji took nidhi as her responsibility not as a burden
she gave her the equal love and care that she gave to anji
she is way away from selfishness and she only wants to never let nidhi miss her mother
she is trying to do all bit that she can do on behalf of nidhi's mother
she understands her pain sorrow even if nidz don't tell her
but i don't think she will support nidhi after knowing of ashu as just like a mother she will get eared of nidz future and will try to make her understand
