Her gown is looking like what a pregnant woman would wear in the initial days of pregnancy to hide her growing baby bump.

Naw, she's not preggers, lol. I'm sure she and Saif mastered the protection by now.

Its always how Kareena has put on weight. First it goes to her face, then instantly to her arms and thighs.
