Phulwa completes 200 episodes
A bash was thrown by the producers to celebrate completion of two hundred episodes of Colors TV's Phulwa. The complete star cast had a gala time dancing to hit Bollywood numbers and the party went on till wee hours.
Sargun Mehta aka Phulwa says, "It's a fantastic feeling to be a part of a hit show like Phulwa. It has been fantastic journey. As an actress, I feel great to have got a meaty roles like this. I am thankful to the producers for showing such faith in me."
While the dress code for the party was black, a huge cake in the shape of gun was cut and a show reel of Phulwa was also shown to the guests.
Producer Siddharth Kumar Tewary says, "It was a fantastic occasion to celebrate. Phulwa completed two hundred episodes and feedback for the show is very good."
Rakshandha Khan who plays Phulwa's lawyer says, "Unfortunately, I haven't been a part of the whole 200 episodes. I joined just a month. Earlier I've been a part of shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi which went on to have more than 1000 episodes. So its great landmark for the show. Also, thank you to everyone who watches the show. Please keep watching Phulwa to keep actors and producers' faith and reaffirm that good shows do work."
