I don't know about the Indian media's vulgarity, but your post seems to be propmoting it with those unnecesssary pictures!

Media is a reflection of life and life offers us both good and bad. We must choose what we want. If somebody wants to get "sexually frustrated" there are always ways to without the media's intervention. One cannot blame Bollywood or magazines or newspaper for kids getting under bad influence!
