"Arjun you are impossible!" - Arohi

"Why? What did I do?" - Arjun

"What did you do? We just got thrown out from our class and we were laughing about it in front of our professors! And literally you showed them a totally different avatar of me!" - Arohi

"It's good to be different sometimes!" - Arjun

"Oh yeah! Now just shut up and let's go to the canteen and eat something!" - Arohi

Arjun and Arohi made their way to the canteen and settled there talking and laughing. Soon enough the bell rang and their friend's too joined them. Now everyone was friends with each other. Arohi's gang was totally comfortable with Arjun and the little problems Arjun and Addy had were solved under the great Arohi. In between all this Arohi noticed the slightest attraction Gauri had towards Addy. She didn't say anything to Arjun as she knew how possessive brothers could be. The gang had become real close to each other and Arohi went home with this super good mood of hers. What she never knew was that a storm was waiting for her in home. Her dad hadn't talked to her in the morning because he thought it was better to talk to her in the evening. Once it was evening he was all ready to grind Arohi. As Arohi entered her home she was asked to come to the dining room where there was a family discussion going on. Arohi slowly made her way to the room with Shefali closely following her. It was always like that whether it was her or Shefali's problem Arohi always protected her sister and Shefali always stood behind her sister knowing it's the safest place. As Arohi stood in front of her dad he asked,

"So my daughter decided to break off her relation without even consulting with me! How can I now look into my friend's eyes? What must be he thinking about us?"

"Dad you are worried about them? What about me? I never said yes for that relationship! I only said I will think about it! And after what he accused me of I don't think I am ever going to accept that relationship! In fact it would be better if we stay as strangers! That's it dad I am not interested in anything related to him!" - Arohi

"Wow! You decide that on your own! Is it the outcome of your new friendship with that guy? What's his name? Yeah' Arjun?"

"Arjun has nothing to do with this! First of all you should try to believe your daughter! If you can't trust me then there is no point in discussing anything!" - Arohi

"So you are telling me now that I should trust my children?"

"Yes dad! If you are not willing to acknowledge it I will remind you! And dad I am never going to marry Neal! That's my final decision! Nothing can change that!" - Arohi

"Sure! Do as you please! When you realize your mistake never bother to come to me!"

"Don't worry dad if your greatest fear is that then I have the remedy! I will never come to you asking for help! Now are you happy dad? I always wished that you understand me! But no! You never cared! I wasn't the son you wanted! Isn't that the reason why you can't stand me?" - Arohi

"I never said anything like that! But yeah sure if I had a son then he surely wouldn't have let you speak to me like this!"

"Ok dad if you don't want me to talk to you then that's final! We have a deal! I will not speak to you unless you want to!" - Arohi

With this Arohi ran to her room and locked her in. She wanted to cry out loud! Whenever she fought with her dad it always ended like this! But when she was little her dad would come and pacify her but nowadays he also avoided her until the next problem! She really hated it! Arohi was really hungry and was planning to eat something once she was home but now she felt really void inside. Arohi cried and cried and finally fell asleep. She woke up when she heard the ruffling of leaves. She looked outside to find a dark figure coming inside her room. She was scared but was frozen to do anything. By the time she recovered she found out that it was Arjun. Somehow she felt content and she ran into his arms.

Arjun was a little taken aback when Arohi ran into his arms but he liked the feeling. He calmed her down and mad her sit on the bed. Then he opened the parcel he was carrying and Arohi saw it was her favorite aaloo ke paratha. She looked at him questioningly. She wanted to know how he knew. He mouthed Shefali. Arohi understood her sister had called Arjun and he had come to lighten her mood and make her eat something. Arohi was too hungry to argue so she began to pick up a paratha but Arjun stopped her. Once again Arohi was puzzled. Arjun tore the paratha and started feeding her. Arohi didn't protest. She silently ate as Arjun feed her. They had not spoken anything but voice wasn't necessary between them today. Arjun could see hurt in her eyes and Arohi could see concern in his eyes. That was enough.

After their dinner Arohi slightly leaned to Arjun and told him,

"Thanks Arjun! You are really nice!"

"No need yaar! You are my friend and I would do anything for my friend! After all I am the guy who can calm you down and make you smile! Besides I love making you smile!" - Arjun

"So much confidence? But truly thank you! And the parathas were delicious! Convey my compliment to your mom!" - Arohi

"No not to mom! To me! I made the parathas!" - Arjun

"You made the parathas? I can't believe it!" - Arohi

"Yeah I made it! Why so much surprise? I may be a little naughty and a prankster but I do know how to cook! My grandmom taught me that!" - Arjun

"I was surprised because I don't know how to cook!" - Arohi

"You don't know how to cook? Then how will you make food for your husband once you are married?" - Arjun

"Simple! I will marry a chef or someone who knows cooking! The marriage ad will be like this 'only grooms who know cooking need to apply!" ' Arohi said this and started laughing. Arjun too joined her and then said,

"And hey if you don't get a groom don't worry I am here! Plus I know cooking too!"

"Ok done deal! But there is a problem! Our Jodi will be the weirdest one ever!" - Arohi

"No not weird! The cutest Jodi ever! People will envy our chemistry!" - Arjun

"Oh really? We will see about that! But hey I am telling you now I want lots of children!" - Arohi

"Hey that was my line! You thief! But ok! Before you say anything else I am telling you I want lots of daughters! They are the cutest!" - Arjun

"I don't mind as long as I have twins! I love twins!" - Arohi

"I have no problem with that!" - Arjun

Like this their conversation continued and they never realized what they were saying. And long before Arjun and Arohi fell asleep on the bed. Without their conscious knowledge they cuddled to each other oblivious to everything else but it had to be concluded that their heart knew of their closeness because both had a small smile on their lips while sleeping.
