MasterChef India 2, I can tell you is setting standards in the culinary field like never before. Families are exploring newer cuisines and a normal Hindustani thinks differently about food now. As for me, I can say I have become a better human being thanks to MasterChef India. The emotions and fears people go through are so real. When I see the hunger for achieving their goal increase with every episode in the contestants, it is very touching. As the first cooking reality show in India, the response has been unbelievable.
Getting the MasterChef India 2 title though is going to be very tough. I don't mean to scare anyone because tougher the task, the more interesting it is, right? In fact, I can't wait for your reactions after this week's episode. We have Chef Neeta and Chef Saby enter the MasterChef kitchen and bringing in a lot of excitement. This Saturday the contestants are all by themselves, there are no teams. As amateurs, they will be in for a shock by the alien equipments handed out to them like a foamer, a stone grill, sushi mats etc.
The good news is that Chef Saby will buy the best dish right then and there and the winner gets one lakh rupees. It will be christened "Dish Ek Lakh Ki", and featured in Saby's restaurant menu. One person I can tell you made something really exciting.
Remember - "Don't worry be happy", applies to the kitchen too. Just know your ingredients well, and I am sure you can cook up a great dish. Do watch MasterChef India 2 on Sat-Sun at 9pm to know who won the "Dish Ek Lakh Ki" title.
