agree ... that wud be nice ... she needs to tell him to STOP using her ... but for that she has to realize that he is using her ... she has also got Di ki bemaari of looking and not seeing!!!!THIS is my expectation for the coming 2 weeks! Realization from Arnav that his EGO is getting in the way of his happiness and La to relize that HER life is about to be royally screwed and take steps to prevent that from happening! (I want HER to tell some home truths to ASR BEFORE she leaves)!!
So how in the world is Khushi supposed to go about this situation? She is doomed if she does and doomed if she doesn't. WHAT THE (blank) is ASR expecting her to do?
Million dollar question you've asked, essgag! And forget about Forum members, even ASR can't answer you because he is completely muddled in his head when it comes to Khushi.
He might be the clever, clear-sighted businessman who has built a huge empire all on his own, but he's vulnerable, open and exposed when dealing with Khushi. Arnav doesn't know how to deal with the devastating news of K's engagement. He just knows he's feeling terribly miserable and at that point, ASR takes advantage of the situation, takes over and starts spreading the misery around in the false hope that that would make the Arnav in him hurt less and feel better.
Again by announcing engagement date with La, ASR has made a serious error of judgment and I'm bracing myself for many more such hasty decisions, before ASR in a fit of anger decides to marry Khushi. I say 'anger' because I doubt he'd ever want to marry Khushi out of love as that is just not in line with his character - and we all know how the CVs have ensured that no matter what the circumstances are, every character remains true to their basic traits. If ASR realises he loves someone more that his life, he wouldn't waste time in getting as far away as possible from that one person. But what if he believes that marriage to that one person (Khushi) is perhaps the only way of saving his sister's life and protecting her from Shyam's betrayal? Then marrying Khushi or for that matter associating himself with the institution of marriage won't go against his long-held principles of not believing in marriage.
I have a feeling that the Arnav in ASR is no where near admitting his feelings for Khushi even to himself because the very practical, very ruthless ASR will not let him do so. Maybe the realization of love on Arnav's part will only begin once he's tied to Khushi for life through matrimony - and for that to happen Shyam's schemes and mechanizations from hereon will play a big role.
