For me fitness is mainly first building your core strength so I go in for a mixture of kick boxing with weights also running and at times swimming. The routine shouldn't get monotonous so a variety is very important.
I am of that category whose metabolism is not very high so if I eat something which will give me a bunch of calories, I have to burn them. After 7pm I intake very little carbs and stick to protein. On the days I have non-veg it is mainly grilled chicken. I have two scoops of protein daily and I make sure I eat about six-seven small meals a day including six-seven egg whites.
My biggest strength is my stamina thanks to my running routine.
