My Daydream Scene of the Day

So here is a scene that I constructed in my head this morning...just thought I would share 😊

"Main Tej ko doondke bina ghar vaapas nahin jaongi, Bhaiyya." Toasty says determined.

"Toh phir tum kya karogi. Raat ho jayegi thode dehr mein, Tej ko kaise doondoge tum? Aur voh bhi yahaan? Kahaan doondoge usse?" Pashu looks helpless and broken.

"Patha nahin Bhaiya par main main ghar nahin jaongi…Tej mille ya na mille, main uske bina vaapas ghar nahin jaongi." She stares out into the distance in almost a trance from her depression. Pashu turns to her and looks at her shocked.

"Matlab!?" He asks her.

"Matlab saaf hai Bhaiya…Tej mille ya na mille, Tej ke bina main ghar vaapas nahin jaongi." Toasty is still lost in her own thoughts while Pashu seems even more broken now.

"Aur agar Tej ko kuch hogaye toh…agar voh…" His voice breaks.

"Aap umeed haare hai, Bhaiya?"

"Nahin par main keh raha hoon ke agar aise huwa toh?" Even considering the possibility kills them and they both start crying.

"Tej jahaan bhi hai, main vahin jaake usse doondoongi…" Toasty says weakly and with tears falling down her face.

"Toasty!" Pashu looks at her shocked, understanding her implication, while Toasty continues to stare out into the forest while talking to Pashu.

"Patha hai, Bhaiyya…saalon se maine aur Tej ne ek hi sapna dekhe the…ke hum dono ek doosre ke liye jeelenge, ek doosre ke saath." Tej's voice echo's in her ears behind her words from the day he found out that she really wasn't pregnant. "Agar Tej nahin hai, toh Toasty bhi nahin hai…hum dono ek hi hai, Bhaiyya. Shayad maine iss vaada ko poore tarah se nahin nibhaayi aur isiliye Bhagwaan ji sazaa de raha hai mujhe…jo bhi ho, ab main apni aakhiri saans tak Tej ko doondoongi…voh jahaan bhi hai, main usse doondkar hi rahoongi." She stands tall with a determination in her eyes and Pashu, still looking at her helplessly, knows that he won't be able to convince her otherwise.
