VM making

hey guys i just have a problem
i want to make a maneet gurti vm
i have to creative idea with their best scenes
but the problem is this that i use window movie maker and i cant download anything else because it's not my computer

so i wanted to how to make a vm with maneet scenes in window movie maker
plzzz anyone help
