Thanks for responding to my post. I am sorry I did not come to this forum for some days. Although I have seen Sholay so far 44 times(it is true...I have been keeping the count) in my life ever since it was released in 1975...I did watch the scene you suggested... again. Sure Sholay is the grandest masterpiece ever to be made and will never be equalled...each character(including Sachin ji's)...each dialogue...I was mesmerized growing up and even today I am mesmerized.

I have been fan of Sachinji for a while , I have heard him sing before . So I m looking forward to hear again .

In my opinion Sachin is choosing very difficult songs. His performance on last Friday wasn't upto the mark but his saawaree rendition was good. His lower notes could have been better. Keep up the good work Sachin.
