I don't have a lot to say about this episode. Prats was in her regular bhashan mode of right and wrong when she opened her mouth, but I couldn't argue with her. Everything she said was right, technically. She doesn't know that Ganga's marriage was never consummated. She only knows that Ganga doesn't listen to warnings when she needs to. Poor Gunga's life is at stake through no fault of his own. He just fell for a brainless girl. As for Ganga not knowing what is right and wrong, well neither does SS or Shakti. If they can do what is right for them, why cant she? But of course we know the answer to that. Ganga's skating on thin ice and she's taken her boyfriend with her. Hope they both find solid ground. Since we know they are leaving the show, the question is are they going in one piece?
SS and his insensitive remark was typical Thakur rubbish. His son uttering it also was an example of the apple not falling far from the tree. At least SS gave it to him for saying such filth about the mother of his grandchild. One right thing he has done since marrying Ganga.
The two minutes of arguing between Krishna and Prats on the roof was the highlight for me. Krishna in his kurta telling her off for keeping Gunga up there was priceless. Otherwise Prats would have stayed all night preaching the holy gospel to them and we would all fall asleep. Or people would have come looking for Krishna.
The Diwali scenes at the Saxena house were nice, Arushi looked good. I just feel bad that at a time like festival, Naina Saxena is nowhere to be found. You would think she would come back at some point for her three kids. One of them just lost a kid.
Am ready for the storyline to be tied up and Chandu to make his return. They suddenly forgot him again. 😳
