Sushant saying his departure will not affect the show is just his way of trying to minimise the situation and the seriousness of it. He is trying to not make the production house look too bad. Always the diplomat, is our Sushant!

I guarantee you, the atmosphere on the set, the vibe on the set, everything on the PR set will NEVER be the same after Sushant leaves!!!
