Its about some Hileyan Vest
The add shows " A boys goes to baba and that baba helps him seeing this evn GC goes to him, the parrot removes a card n Hileyan is writen on it
When GC se what it is toh Baba says wear hileyan N GC does different poses with wearing Vest later on"
