Why today's maaneet scene so special to me!

I know no one here whom is a true fan of GHSP will forget any scene of Maaneet...but perhaps after i show to u something u may widen ur eyes...and say "OMG, that is soo right"

Today's Maaneet scene and the way they interacted to all the way to their dialogues took me all the way back to the inital days of GHSP...and of Maaneet...

U know there was a spark of the old magic once again today between maaneet.

I remember that day when Geet finally told everyone in the office about her deepest darkest secret! About how Dev ruined her life and how NT too had a HUGE hand in ruining her life.

The day she may have spoke out and talked like a tru sherni...but in the inside she knew she may not be able to handle all of this stress...worse part was that Maan was missing as he had gone to look for Geet. After Geet walked away from the crowd in the office when she told the tale of her life, she wiped her tears away...she made her back look like she was confident, but in the front she missed Maan. She wanted to see him at least once before she took any big steps, just his one glance would give her the strength to fight!

She just wanted to see him in front of her, sadly he was laying behind her on a stretcher injured.

Just like that, today when she walked in the room and in her mind she said she just wanted to have a glance of her love, Maan so she can have the strength to fight this battle that has started off by them.

This was what brought the old magic. Also the mind reading both did...how geet said that she is hating the fact that she is hiding things from Maan again...and how Maan said i know everything, and I am with u 100%.

remember that office scene like i just watched it yesterday, when really i have watched it once and only once and that was the day it aired last year.

When she faced NT and Dev, it was like her worst nightmare...she was scared, but she couldn't show it to those sinners, she had to show them that she is a fighter now.

But we viewers could feel what she was going through...to tell a whole crowd of people that u worked with about what happened to u...is no less then being stripped in front of them. The way she walked away, her back turned to the crowd, she looked confident...but when us the audience saw her face...she looked sooo scared she wished she can turn back in time and erase what just happened!!

She felt numb...and she just needed Maan at that time...either to just see him...to hear him...anything, but she needed to see him for energy to live...to fight...to know that he is with her...

and i saw exactly that today and got extremely emotional! I think Sundeep was there during this episode too...last year perhaps he had a hand in recreating this with the help of Barry.

So any memories refreshed???😳

Please discuss guys, we need to make as many posts as we can this weekend to get our show up, or to maintain the position otherwise we may even lose position 2.

I agree. We have seen Geet in her Sherni Mode many times .. but all times we know that she was riding high on emotions ... but only showed that to herself ..

Whenever she is in power mode she stands up to whoever it is .. but later on expressed how scared/worried she was while doing it ..

You remember when NT came to office after KBM? Maan had made Geet stand up to NT by showing her the restraining order .. Geet was facing NT head-on .. strong, and courageous ..

BUT as soon as she was alone with Maan she told him just how frightening it was for her to do so .. I loved that .. that although she was scared..she didn't let it show to NT or else NT would've definitely taken advantage of that fact..

I totally felt the old spark today Behna that's why I kept watching that particular scene over and over .. Geet was trying to be strong in front of Maan but when she went into the hug you could see her face laced with worry .. but she would'nt show that to Maan because she's a Sherni! :)

Yes to NT she wanted to hide the fact that she is freaked out...why wouldn't she? Nt and Dev caused soo much trauma, and to see them face to face again would once again be traumatic!!!

See, behna i don't think Geet wanted to hide the fact that she was scared, she is not scared to show herself to maan, she has never held her fears in front of him and has always told him what was going through her mind.

This time she had to be in his arms...she wanted to feel him, see him, hear him...she needed that one glance/smile from her man which would give her the courage to fight even the world. After that comfort being in his arms...knowing that he is just a turn away gave her enough courage to stand up once again. Which was why she handled the UL in such a classy and brave way.

Which totally reminded me of that old scene, Geet walkin away and she front their back looked soo confident, but we knew how much she had shriveled up in the inside, and all she needed was one look from Maan and he wasn't there, and that broke her up in the inside.

Did u notice how her eyes were all welled up? She was crying but trying not to let those tears fall...cause she knew that they screwed up BAD...and on top of it she was hiding all of the stuff that took place in the office from Maan, and she hates hiding things from him.

Shivu: yep I agree .. she is not afraid to show her emotions to Maan .. and he's just about the only person she shows her emotions too .. she only breaks down in front of him about matters.. otherwise she is tough and confident in front of others when she has to confront them ..

That day she didn't have Maan but he was subconsciously there.. so she had the courage..but today he was there.. she was able to feel his touch as well as see him before going to confront the UL .. and she was confident through and through!! :)

THANKYOU for noting that! I had mentioned that in the Den too .. that her eyes were moist the entire time .. and Maan didn't speculate much on that either bcz he knew why she was like that .. I loved that touch! UFF she looked so gorgeous too !
