It's about a sudden, unplanned Mast Dhamake daar Phone Encounter of Me with Someone...😃 Someone who is also Gujju, who is also from US... apart from these 2 similarities...we have many things in common...😉 and I am sure by now you know who this someone is... 😉😆

Yes Yes... She is none other than our very own HOTKI... NETRI.. i.e. Neha Trivedi...🤗 It was Saturday Morning... we were on IF waiting for Maha Epi to Telecast... out of Nowhere I asked Netri... can you tell me how to make Dudhi No Handvo...😉 [Tejesh Bhai was matha patking like this then🤣]

She said she will PM me... I said ok... then she PMed me saying... Give me your Phone Number I will instruct you over phone... I said ok perfect I replied her with my Phone Number... and at the same time I got her another PM of Dudhi no Halvo Recipe... Though I decided to make Dudhi no Handvo... I made Dudhi no Halvo as I like Halvo more... and I replied her thanks...😃 and we decided to talk to each other in the Evening between 5 to 6 PM...😊 [I didn't clear the Handvo & Halvo misunderstanding...😉😆 ] Let me tell you guys... Dudhi no Handvo is a crispy spicy recipe... whereas HALVO is basically Dudhi[Lauki, green Squash]'s Halwa... a Sweet Recipe same as Gajar ka Halwa...😃

around 4:45 my Hubby went to Gym... I didn't as I wanted to Talk to Nets.. then I was thinking what will I talk...😕 and thot to myself... Sachi you can talk on anything... but please control, don't bore her with you non-stop bak-bak...😆 I called her around 5:10... she picked up after 2nd Ring...

Me: Hello Neha... Sachi Bolu chhu... 😃

Neha: Hi Sachi...😃

Me: Kem Chhe [How r u]😊

Neha: Ekdum Maja Ma tu bol tu kem chhe [Fine... you say how r u?]😊

Me: su kare chhe... is it a good time to talk or shud I call back...😉 [I was little bit formal for only once... 😆]

Neha: are ha free j chhu... tara j phone ni rah joti hati [she said she is free only was waiting for my call]

Me: hhhmmm bolo... 😃

Neha: taro Dudhi no Halvo kevo banyo? [How was your Dudhi Halva turned out?]

Me: Good... Thanks for the Recipe... 😃

then I cleared how I asked her about Handvo.. and she sent Halvo recipe... she said She was sitting without even having milk even in the morning...😆 so, she made a boo-boo...😆 I said good that you made boo-boo as I like Halvo and I made it after you sent me... 😉 then we talked about Gujju Recipe Book she has and I used to use the same but my old roomie kept it... 😆Then we talked little about SGP...😆 we talked about each other... we talked talked & talked for like an hour... I didn't felt for a sec that I am talking to her for the first time...we both discussed the same as how it doesn't feel awkward to talk to each other😃

through out the convo... we were laughing so loud...😆

Then we talked about where we r from Gujarat, and we both are from North Gujarat...where r our in-laws from... and I got to know that her in-laws live in my City...😃 then we talked about Maayka & Sasuraal...😉 as she and my hubby are Brahmin we were discussing about how these days inter-cast marriage is easily acceptable unlike 80's & 90's when ppl used to be rigid...😃

Then we talked about so many different things... laughed a lot... I shared my early USA life experiences... she shared her Experiences when she came... that was super fun part of the conversation... 🤣🤣 [you can ask her... 🤣]

Then we talked about Hindi Movies... like how they r boring and how she took her husband to watch kabhi Alvida na kehna... and I took my frnds to watch Body-guard... and ppl got made at us for chosing such crappy movies... and now we wudn't do it without having reviews... 🤣

Then we finally talked about our Hubby Darlings...🤣 Neha was cooking Punjabi Sabji & Pulao for her Husband as per her Husband's demand... and she asked what list your Hubby has given you for the Dinner... and I said Bhaji Pav... and that's all we talked about them... ha ha ha...😆 for a change that day.. Me & Nets didn't do Burai of our Husbands...🤣 and Nets said... do tell this in the Forum.. ppl wudn't believe it... but it's so true... 😉😆

Then we saw in the clock... and we were like we r talking for a hour... Neha has already started cooking before I called... so, she Finished during our convo... but I had to start... so, I said let me start now as you r done but I have to cook Bhaji Pav... and we said bybye saying... Ab to Baat Hoti Rahegi... 😃

Neha... that was so much Fun talking to you... as I told you also... I didn't feel for a second that I haven't interacted with you... we both talked so very comfortably like we r Buddies... and Yes there r so many common things between us...🤗

and I did Revealed the fact behind my likings towards SUNNY PAJI... 🤣 ask to Netri... 🤣

p.s -- Nets... My Hubby came 10-15 mins after our Phone convo and he asked didn't you cook yet.. I said I was on phone... he asked with whom, I said Neha, he was like who... I said my Forum Frnd... I was so excited to tell him, I told him about the convo & we talked for an hour... he was like an hour... I smiled & nodded happily😃 and he was like Bichari Neha... Her Ears must have been paining now...😆 [aisa to nai hua na Nets...😕]

thats soo nice to hear Sachi...and Nets...i want to read ur version now...😆 there are always two versions for a conversation..😉

and now that u have again started the phone revolution...its gonna start again i think...😆 i havent spoken with most of the people here...so i have to start trying now...😆

Ekta... it was super fun... we laughed so muchhh and Neha Sounds just like her posts... She has very Feminine Voice...Me & She both Laugh Loudly... ha ha ha sounds and ya She sounds like her age only... 🤣 and her voice sounded Familiar to me... 😃

Netri is busy till wednesday... but she said she will pop-in here & there... so, let's wait for her side of the version... I almost included everything... but there r still some parts left which Nets can Fenko Prakash on... 😉😆😆

I was talking to her as Neha... 😉 and I felt pretty comfortable... I did not for once even called her by Netri... 😆

Well , having a hour long convo with complete streanger (sort of ) is something I never done . To my surpise Sachi lcalled me at 5:06 or something , which my book is punctual . I m too like that . V Trivedis r Before Time but never After time something mySIL would say .
V were both bit nervous at first but just for 2 minutes or so . Sachi's voice is very friendly . V talked in Gujju so felt good inside. as I only got to use my gujju withclose friends n fmily only , that too if they dont keep talking in English . Anyway , As Sachi said V talked on various subjects , started with where r U from ? in laws to intercast marriage , to Handvo - Halvo , lastly , Either one of us r fans of anyone really ? which came down as no one . V talked abt movies all pakao Movies then I told her I m planning to watch Yeh Zindgi ... that night , she said Its good movie do watch . I did n its a good movie .
V talked , laugh , at everything to anything & not even for a moment I felt Sachi is someone I dont know personally . Which is a surprise as I m very shy & dont make friends easily . I always take time to make friends . Thi is something way out of my personal comforte zone . which didnt feel anything out of ordinary . I so enjoyed talking with Sachi felt like I know her all my life . I think that is cauz of gujju language V used . Felt like home . Ohh , V also talk abt our home , & parents.
By then it was like 5:50or something & V thought V didnt talk our hubbies so did that n laugh more. After that V promised to call often . Sachi U r few of those people with whom I have long convos on phone . I dont talk much in life so it is a suprise that V talk for more than 15 minutes & it didnt feel like it . Last time I talked for hour was with my nephew who was talking some jibrish abt something . Which lasted long enough so U r in competetion with him . Goodmluch Rofl Sachi . .
P.S. I really enjoy talking with U . V ll do it more often . Tell ur hubby that this way he may get more surprising menus ... 🤣

Name mistake is understandable , as U know them or call them by their screen name so ... but sachi called me neha n I her sachi . It was very comfortable convo . Never felt like strengers , i thing Its cauz of Language & similarities in culture . v have more in common with each othrr. So yaa it was fun .

speakin of phone numbers and tok..wot the hell is wrong with ur cell..i tried kollin u 3 tyms yestdae..and evri tym i kolled it was this or that..😡 😊
