How will the family react after seeing the hug

Hey guys..
I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. But I also know that u hate this weekend as there isn't IPKKND. The precap was just awesome. And I just hope that Arnav hugs her as Khusi hugs him. But they're at the hospital where K's family is there too, and maybe A's family too.
But how will they react if they see Arhi hugging each other?
How will Shyam react?

I think it's late at night ...it's just two of them at the hospital. The others have gone home.

after seeing ur comment i just wanted to change the world hospital into something more appropriate ... could help my mind taking control for a second their ... hospital replace by honeymoon suite / bed room any place romantic and free from any other sole ...

I don't think the KKG's family is in condition to react unless and until Shyam sees this and says something to trigger their rection.
