I reckon that suhana should find a job too. That will make her mind settled as well as fulfill he dream. She will remain hip and contribute to her in laws. What do you think?

She was woking before she got married and was highly successful, but spoilt. Here she will be too. Its not like she was doing hoursework all this while, so what will make her do it now. I think she should go back to working. I will provide a different angle to the story.
