Shobha prays to Lord Somnath's idol to show her the right path. Shobha recollects Gangsarvagya's words wherein he told her that whatever decision she would take would affect the other life which was connected with her.
Shobha learns that Gayatri Devi was in labor. She rushes to meet Gayatri Devi, however Dadda Chalukya doesn't allow her to meet the queen. He asks her to go to Ramrati's tent.
Mahmud Ghaznavi and his army are about to cross a lake to reach the kingdom of Bharuch when Jalaluddin stops them. He states that it was risky to travel from the route since Bharuch soldiers may notice their army and attack them.

Ramrati slaps Shobha for risking her life and saving the child. Shobha gets elated since Ramrati has shown her affection towards her by slapping her.
The construction workers get elated when a messenger from Bharuch informs them that Gayatri Devi has delivered a baby girl who has been named Chaula.
