It's a great loss for all his fans. Every day before coming for shoot, I listen to his bhajan Hey Ram in my car. His voice is irreplaceable. He is and will always be the king of Ghazals. I offer my heartiest condolences to his family.

I just saw the news about the death of Jagjit Singh. Even though I am not a fan of ghazals, his are the ones I loved. Attended couple of his concerts and his voice was so beautiful and he always sang all the favorites. My favorite was "Yeh daulat bhi le lo, yeh shorat bhi le lo"
