Walia house(livingroom):
Bani comes out with tea for the lawyer. Bani is serving tea and jai introduces bani to the lawyer; The lawyer asks jai for what reason have he called him; Jai tells him the I want a divorce from my wife. Both the lawyer and bani are a bit shocked. Bani asks the lawyer how much sugar he wants in his tea. The lawyer asks jai for what bases do you want to give bani a divorce and jai tells him that his wife is characterless. Again, both lawyer and bani are very shocked to hear this news. Bani just gives jai the rigidified look! (I found this scene really funny because of the lawyer; he must be thinking that where he got stuck! I felt the lawyer was kind of scared sitting next to jai lolzz) well jai adds that when can he get the divorce and the lawyer tell him it depends on the case and compromise between the husband and wife. Jai adds that it is on compromise and he wants this divorce as soon as possible, so my wife can be kicked out as soon as possible; Jai gives the evil look at bani and poor bani is just serving tea with an upset look on. Bani leaves after hearing jai's gruesome lecture.
Pia's and Pushy's room:
Pushkar comes to his room where pia is sitting on the bed upset. Pushkar comes and consoles her and adds that don't take his words wrong. Pia tells pushy that somehow she feels that she is the main reason for all the problems in pushy's life. He tells her that it's not at all her and because of jai being roshni's friend, he got kicked out from the job and you are not at all the reason, but only our wedding. He adds that not to worry and he'll find a new job soon and pia's love for him is more valuable. Pia finally apologizes to pushy and she tells him that how will they live a good financial life now because she always dreamed of blissful life. Pushy tells pia not to worry because he'll find a new job soon and fulfill all her dream.
Pushy's and Pia's house(well it's not their house; it's actually seema's brother house):
Seema is talking on the phone with her brother, who called from germany. He informs her that he'll be visiting them soon and seema looked a little upset. She goes to the dinning table where everyone is eating breakfast. She gives this news to ma(pushy's mom) and tells her that her brother is coming. Ma is very happy to hear this and asks her what the matter with her. She tells her that her brother is going to be staying here and this house belongs to him; He gave her the permission to stay in this house, but we have to tell him that we don't have anywhere else to go. Puskar and Pia are just looking at seema. Seema then suggest ma that for the time being that her brother will be staying in this house, we should give him pia's and pushy's master bedroom & for few days they can adjust in the drawing room(living room). Pia gives her the awful stares and pushy adds that its not problem at all. Pia puts her napkin down and leaves from the dinning area.
Walia House(jai's room):
Jai is getting all dressed and he receives a call from the lawyer. The lawyer informs him that the date for the hearing has been fixed much to jai's shocked(I felt that jai didn't wanted the divorce this early because he was really shocked to hear this). Jai asks the lawyer that today itself and the lawyer informs that he wanted the date early so he got it fixed as soon as possible. The lawyer informs him to get to his office around 1030 because the hearing begins at 11 itself. Jai hangs up the phone and calls bani; He tells her to get ready and we have to leave for the divorce hearing today. Bani looked really sick today; don't know why; her face looked pale!
Walia House(living room):
Bani and jai are coming down the stairs and jigs comes their with aarti ki thali!! (oo this wicked woman said some nastiest words to bani!) Jigz tells jai that she has prayed for him that he gets rid of all his worries and she looks at bani. Then she starts to lecture bani asking her that who's child is she bearing and if he is a servant or driver of this house. Bani looked very hurt and she looks up to jai. (somehow I felt that even jai was hurt when jigz said all that to bani, because he was giving those expressions.) Jigz also adds that if bani knows the child's father name(basically she was comparing bani to a prostitute)! She adds that where will you be delivery this child, in mumbai or mt. abu! She adds not to worry because she'll keep sending her some money because knowing bani is poor. Jai just looks at jigz and finally stops her. He tells bani to lets go, and jigs just smiles wickedly!! (don't worry that smile won't last forever now)!!
Pia's and pushy's room:
Pia is mad and walking around her room. Pushkar comes inside and pia complains about seema bhabhi and pushkar adds that even he is upset. He tells her because of this issue, ma wants to adjust in the drawing room instead of them too and he doesn't want at all. Pushkar then tells her that I found a solution to this problem. Pushkar adds that they'll leave this house and Pia bring a huge smile on her face. He adds that no one has to sacrifice only because of them two. Pia was very happy and tells him how happy she is to hear this and he took the right decision. She hugs him.
Lawyers' Office:
The lawyer comes in the office and informs jai that there is hearing going on in the courts and we will be going next, by then, just sign some papers. Jai is signing paper and the lawyer is telling him about the judge; When he takes the judge's name, Jai was really shocked like a ghost just passed him. Jai takes out his handkerchief and wipes his forehead. The lawyer just looks at him like what is wrong with you man. He asks jai if he know the judge and jai just tells him that he have heard about him. The flashback of park road accident comes in front of his eyes, and the same judge handled his park road accident case. Jai then gets up and tells the lawyer that he is not willing to file the divorce case under the same judge and the lawyer informs him that he won't get the hearing until like one month. Jai tells him he doesn't care and he leaves from there. Bani was puzzeled on jai's strange behavior and she just looks at the lawyer.
Walia House(Livingroom):
Jigz is impatiently waiting for jai to come back with good news. Anu comes to jigz and is trying to tell her something, but jigs tells her not now because she has something other to worry about. Jai comes from the door and jigz was very happy to see him. She starts to question him about the divorce with a happy face on and bani come from behind. Her smiles changes to one of a shocked. She is questioning jai and asks him whether he got the divorce and to speak up already. Anu was very shocked to hear this. Jai tells jigz that no, he couldn't get divorce. Jigz was shocked and asks him if bani made a mockery out of you in front of the judge. Jigz is very angry now and fuming and she tells jai that she was going to throw a party because bani would've left today, and jai brought her back again. Jai tells him there is a reason behind and jigz asks him what's the reason. Aditya and Ranveer also comes there. Jigz tells jai that bani must be emotionally blackmailing you and jai tells her that he isn't mad now. Jai tells jigz that bani won't live in this house, but she'll live in the outhouse; Aditya is all confused. Anu walks over to bani and asks her whether she went to the courts for divorce. She tells bani that how come she didn't tell him that her argument with jai uncle went this far. Bani tells her to stay quiet. Anu says that I won't stay quiet anymore. Anu adds that your marriage is at the point of divorce. Everyone is just starring at anu and they are confused what she is talking about. Anu says that I was in my own tension and I didn't even know this much has happened in the house. She tells bani that today she was going to speak to mummy(jigz) about her marriage being fixed with rohit. Rohit's mom and dad called half an hour ago and they are ready for the marriage. Anu finally says that if they would've said no, then it didn't matter, but bani shouldn't have took her pregnancy blame. Jigz was so shocked to hear this , like the earth just passed through her feat. Jai gives a shock+amusing look at bani. Aditya and ranveer were also very shocked. Jigz just stand there with nothing left to say!! Ahh I loved the last scene! Sab ki shaklein dekhnay wali thein!! (well done scene I must say) okay I have to update for today, because doe and MT couldn't update!!
