So today as we know Nidhi's nana (her mother's dad) was disappointed in Nidhi's mother because she couldn't be a doctor as she decided to get married and after her death it was her last wish for Nidhi to become a doctor. So do you think Nidhi's nana was the same guy who adopted Ashutosh...as in Ashutosh and Nidhi's mom are bro-sis well not blood relation thats why the house is in Nidhi's name? What do you think?
