who is responsible??

nidhi is fun loving and take it easy girl.she is herself say her attitude towards life does not support her to become doctor.

her this take it easy attitude takes its 1st toll.her patient shahnshah now is in serious condition.
ashutosh clearly says she will be treated as killer if that child dies and she is responsible for it.

but real culprit according to me is her father.despite pleading so many times he forced her to this profession.his zid is taking its toll now.

if nidhis attitude continues like this god only know how many more lives will be in danger.
and for all those deaths, its her father is responsible.his zid making nidhis patients life miserable.

well i don't think her father is responsible...it was her mother's last desire...so what's wrong if her father fulfills it...and ya we all know nidhi is really good at her profession...the only thing is that she need to be more serious and sensible and mature about it...

before she becomes responsible how many lives will be in danger??

her father does not have any right to play will innocent patients lives.

he need to apologize to that child who is suffering because he is the solely responsible for that child's suffering.

then may be the other patient and her husband should thank him for saving their unborn child as well as the mother bcoz of nidhi's diagnosis and contribution😊.

ok.

she can save 90%.
but what about rest 10% who suffer due to negligence.

is that excusable??

sorry.medical negligence can not excused, however she is efficient.

Just on a sidenote, doctors give prescriptions etc. Usually, in hospitals, it is nurses are responsible/qualified to give injections.

So, it's not Dr. Nidhi's fault - "medical negligence as such".

Medical negligence will be admitted, according to the law, where it is proved that the doctor did not to the best of his abilities with the qualities of a "reasonable man" (reasonable doctor) recommend the best treatment as per the circumstances of the case .
Example - prescribing a medicine, known to be harmful to the foetus to a pregnant lady.

Creative/Dramatic license - the show may/ will not depict that reality.
