Faith or Blind faith..

Yesterday's epi was an eye opener on certain real facts and gave points to ponder…

Aastha.atharv clash of ideologies..faith or blind faith…reason and reality..

Aastha has full faith on baapji whereas atharv though his father is being prayed as a living God at the end he is a human being for him..

This irked aastha no one should talk about her God like this as her faith on her Bhagwan is of high importance in her life..

Baapji has chosen my husband and how he looks does not matter for me ..i trust my bhagwan.now now where is the reason here?..it shocked me hearing aastha's reasoning..she is shown to be educated and has a brain but here it was a total blind faith on baapji..this makes me think if tomorrow baapji orders her jump from that cliff its your bhagwaan's order will aastha not use her brain ..astha having faith on baapji that's her right but to forget reason and reality to make it a blind faith I will be disappointed like atharv..it reminds me also of that quote of Mahatma Gandhiji..

Faith must be enforced by reason..when faith becomes blind it dies..

Baapji is certainly put on a pedestal by astha.family …even at home baapji is treated like one by his wife or even trishna..not one day I have seen trishna as the caring wife or the affectionate mother of ved..she is more concerned about baapji..as for baapji's wife the way she does his sewaa like doing his nail cutting or putting on his stole and rings etc.well I see her more a devotee of baapji than his wife..

That's what atharv don't want a devotee but a wife..a real one who can take a joke naturally ..do a bit of teasing..not treat him like God..

Its already a bad start of their relationship..now the big question is will atharv power of love change astha's faith or blind faith on baapji and be his wife?.

Will aastha realize the truth one day of what atharv was saying about baapji?..

He is a human being not God…

My point of view of what I saw about aastha yesterday it's a total blind faith on baapji and the day that faith is shaken it will hurt and give her lots of pain..

Nice post👍🏼

The epi did provide a lot of food for thought and set up the basis for future storyline...a twist in the tale just as it seemed that Atharva had easily fallen in love with Aastha. Hearing about her hardcore almost blind views regarding her faith over Baapji certainly disturbed him and made him unsure about whether he wants such a wife who only wants to treat Baapji and consequently him as some kind of God to be worshipped.

You are right about the various kinds of faith being shown towards Baapji.

Within the family, his wife and Trishna in particular treat him with a lot of reverence and to them, he is their God even if they are a part of his family...while his two younger children Atharva and Kuhu don't treat him as such...they have a lot of respect and faith in him but they don't put him up on a pedestal blindly like others do. This reminds me of what Baapji tried to tell Madhav as well when he had come to their house to discuss the ristha. But like Madhav said, to them this blind faith and devotion towards Baapji has become a way of life and they don't know how to live any other way than to worship him.

I think Aastha's faith in Baapji won't be shaken since I believe Baapji to be a very genuine person but yes Aastha's faith in him has to evolve and mature beyond the blind devotion it is currently...She has to understand that he is a human being and not a God. He is a man to be greatly respected and revered, yes but he is a man at the end of the day.

It remains to be seen if Atharva manages to convince her of this or if Aastha herself gradually realizes this once she becomes a part of the family. Today's scene showed that Aastha has a lot to learn.

Also it's likely that there will be major clashes b/w her and Trishna since Trishna prides herself on being Baapji's biggest bhakt and already we can see signs of her feeling almost jealous if anyone else stops her from doing something for Baapji...she wants to be around him constantly.

some nice views you have penned down..

i so agree wat you said and the precap gives us a result of aastha's adamant mindset about baapji thus making atharv comes to the concusion that aastha is a devotee and he wants a wife who will not put him in the same bracket as his father..a God..

thats wat has to be seen whether that andh vishwas.blind faith that aastha has on baapji makes her realise some truth or goes beyond the extent that it is already. since childhood she has been adoring baapji as God..in some way the family is indebted towards baapji for saving aastha's life as a baby..for them he is God..agree this belief and faith is not to be easily shaken but yes atharv is the one who can make aastha get some reality check as he said yesterday at the end baapji is human..

for now aastha dont want to hear anything against baapji but its interesting to see how she will react when the true identity of atharv is revealed to her and it was not a stranger talking about baapji but his own son..

some good twist and this show is getting better as it gives us some good facts to ponder about...faith..belief..reality..
