And the answer to the question whether Abhay's still married to Kkusum or not...now I don't know about Hindu law, but I know that in Islam, if your wife or your husband has been missing for two years, the divorced becomes automatic...and for instance if a woman's husband is thought to be dead...and she re-marries another man, and her previous husband comes back, then she can't go back to the previous husband..she stays with her current husband because of him missing the divorce was automatic...now if that's the case in Hindu law, then no they are not married anymore because Kkusum was thought to be dead for 18 years. But if in Hindu law that's not the case...then technically yes Abhay and Kkusum are still married because she never gave him divorce papers, nor did he give her divorce papers. So technically Abhay's marriage to Mahi is Naa Jayaz...if the Hindu law states that if u think ur wife is dead but happens to come back ur still married to her...sooooo...
