Im guessing ur not from India- Neither am I😃.. anyways I like this serial and really cant wait for the lovestory to start😃.. Ok so we believe that some people are gifted by God to lead the way of Dharma and good/truth during Kalyug(which is the era thats going on right now, It sthe worst and most corrupted era according to myth and holybooks) Such men, to give an example would be Sai Baba, mean to guide faithful men and devotees towards the right path. Now Bappaji is completely fictional ofcourse but thats what they're tring to show us. I've such men/women and heard of them too. Ofcourse I havent completely seen them but I've seen them in a crowd. I've been to temples where apparently ashes come out of the statues of God and people take them as blessings. I believe them. Now to believe or not is upto you. Now the story is based on this. That he has this ability to give blessings from god through the form of ashes that come from his hands and thats why everyone treats him God. The show aims to reveal the relationship between a devotee and her God and what happens if God existed on earth and how corruption affects it and their relationship.. When Astha asked for his blessings aka the ashes sindoor came, which is an indication of a married women and thats why baapji knew that she was the one for his bahu.
