In the office
The girls nodded and headed to their respective seats, they were given to draft few site plans and they have to first draw them on the sheet then get it checked then transfer it to the computer, they were busy getting use to the system. It took them whole 2 days to become familiar with the strict discipline, neither of them liked Sasha, but they liked their work, Adi was very helpful, he came in now and then to take some drawing or other or to discuss something with someone, Pinky found him fascinating but he was aloof of her presence, Geetika noted this and winked at her whenever he came in.
They soon found that the Boss was not in town for a while and in his absence Sasha and Mr. Gill handled the clients, Mr. Gill was a nice man in his early fifties, he was Adi's father and Pinky decided to impress him as she found Adi a perfect marriage material.
Geetika missed her father like anything and above all she missed MK, she would sigh now and then and think about the two man, her father who adored and treasured her and MK her inspiration her, don't know what, who always found fault in her. at times the discipline in the office made her think about him, as the words often used by Sasha sounded like his.
Nasik,
Manavendra had one more month to live in here as Dean, and he was quite surprised or rather say shocked that he assumed Geetika on the premises quite often, he would see her hiding behind the staircase well, or jumping in the corridors, he would even assume her to be there in the parking lot charging towards him for a fight, was he that attracted to the girl almost half of his age, he smiled at himself. Even Nakul found his behavior fascinating.
Feb 2010,
Today was Baba's death anniversary, MK was in a blue mood since last night, he came to Mumbai as he was finding hard to live at Nasik now that he missed Geetika so much. He had a strong urge to go and visit Khurana Mansion so he took his car and headed to KM
On the other hand,
As it was a holiday at their office Geetika and Pinky decided to go and see the huge house her grandfather has left for her, they lied to Rano about Mumbai Darshan but Rano did not let them go alone and accompanied them, the trio headed to KM, on the way they told Rano about the Mansion and Rano who was a humble woman got afraid and said that they should not go there as the man who was the rightful owner might get them killed it as she had often read in newspapers that people kill in property matters, girls had a hearty laugh,as they reached the Mansion they were shocked, it was a huge compound and due to negligence it looked like a haunted house.
Rano became afraid and said to the girls that they should turn back and forget about entering the house, but girls ditched her, the older lady followed them as they ran towards the house, as the girls were climbing some tree to get a better view, Rano saw MK from a distance and got scared and shouted 'Bhoot, Bhoot, Bachao' and ran, the girls jumped from the tree and ran towards the car, the driver on seeing the chaos started the car and the girls sat in it, and he took off leaving behind Rano, after heading for few yards they remembered Rano and reversed the car to take her, she endlessly cursed every one.
Mean while MK did not get to see them but heard Rano shouting Bhoot Bhoot, he shrugged and looked at the Mansion that had got haunted due to negligence and called Mr. Rai
'hallo Mr. Rai, MK here' the older man said 'yes, MK how are you?' MK said 'did you talk to them about the Mansion, are they interested in selling it' the advocate said 'no, the girl refused to sell it' MK was quite angry 'Mr. Rai, the Mansion is ruining due to lack of maintenance, please ask them what they plan, I will buy it at whatever offer they will say' the lawyer said 'I understand MK, I will try to talk to them'
so girls are you liking it...
