What the hell man just came back and discussion about our fav
GC diet gets blocked.

Can't we even talk what he eats?

This is completly unfare

Me crying :( I couldn't even reply we were having good discussion
About healthy eating
Why block?

I think it's a good subject to talk about. Teaches other and awrness. Nothing negative.
Maybe keep DB out. :) (as some may not understand marriage joke)
But diet I am all happy.

Your post was an accurate observation of GC's unhealthy diet. Boiling food usually sucks out all the nutreients. Eating raw vegetables and steamed vegetables is a healthier alternative. 😊

GC needs to eat a more balanced diet in order to strengthen his immune system. If his immune system is stronger, then he will able to recuperate quicker and fall ill less often.
