sujal * kashish's marriage

before i start i would like to say i'm not trying to offend anyone but just to understand a few points so forgive me if i'm wrong.

so here goes

according to indian culture you cant get married to some one else when you are already married which means which means the second marriage is unvalid.

so how come wen tusshar finds out he is sujal ,he is still with charu because by law this marriage was never valid as he is still kashih's husband?

i know , he is offcially kashishs husband but it's like kyunki karan married tanya/tanya the same time , in england its called bygamy and thats against the law

I totally agree with Rhia, Dina, Nats and Khanrocks.
Without dissolving the first marriage, you can never have a second marriage. Otherwise the second marriage is nullified. I don't know what EKTA is trying to prove here.
I've said this before also that Sujal was forced to marry Charu by Kashish. To please Kashish he married Charu but had no love for her. This is the bigest mistake Sujal has done in his life.
Sujal's love was always for Kashish from the beginning and will be till the end.

that makes kashish tushar/sujals dharam or proper wife coz even by law u cant have two wives so ur first wife is ur wife! officially kashish is tushar/sujals wife! 😛
