Geet was about to go in the washroom when she heard a noise in the balcony.

She looks back and her eyes widened in shock. She couldn't believe what she was seeing!

Vicky was standing there bending to get the support of the railing. His shirt was drenched in blood. His forehead and his lips were bleeding. He was panting heavily as if ran a marathon. All in all, he was in a total mess!!

Geet shrieked in fear "Vicky!!" and ran towards him.

Vicky leaves the railing of the balcony and tries to move towards Geet. But as he tried to take the first step, he was gonna collapse but Geet catches him balancing his weight on her.

She didn't know what was happening? Her mind was numb with shock.

She was just looking at him with eyes widened.

Vicky's voice croaked in her ears "Geet!!"

She came back to her senses. She makes him sit on the sofa. As he sits, Vicky shuts his eyes tightly in pain and Geet realized that he has a wound towards the right side of his stomach which he was holding with his hand.

"Vicky are you ok? What is all this? How did this happened??" she didn't realize that she was crying.

And she yells towards the door "Somebody HELP!!"

And she says to herself trying to control herself "I should call an ambulance!" and she picks up her mobile to dial the no. when Vicky's voice again croaked "Geet! Please don't leave me!"

She immediately goes towards him and says "Vicky, I'm right here with you! I'm not going anywhere!! How did this happened? Who did this to you?? And... how did you came here???" she looks towards the balcony and wondered how did he managed to climb one floor up in such a condition!! Why didn't he came from the door??!!

Vicky opens his eyes and said "Maan!!" and he couldn't say anything more and closed his eyes again in pain.

She was shocked to hear Maan's name. She was silent for few moments and then repeated unbelievably "Maan?"

What does he mean by 'Maan'? Does he mean he wants Maan to be here with him or does he mean that Maan did this to him!!!?? The second conclusion made her heart skip a beat in fear. She was surprised that she wasn't shocked with the conclusion!! Somewhere deep inside her, she knew something was wrong!!! She felt her heart sinking at the mere thought...

Right at that moment the door opened and as she looked towards the door, she saw Maan standing at the door with an evil smirk on his face.

Maan said casually "I knew ke tum yaheen aaye hoge!" he went close to Vicky and said "Why Vicky? Why are you making me do this?? You know how much it hurts me to hurt you!" he said in faking hurt.

Geet heard him say this and her suspicions started to get real!! But she didn't say anything. She couldn't find her tongue to say anything...

He said while trying to sit near Vicky "I'm so sorry little broth--" he stops in between as Vicky tries to move away from Maan in fear.

Maan sighs and says with a changed evil tone "What did you thought Vicky? Ke tum Maan Singh Khurana se bhaag sakte ho?" he smirks and added "Bevakoof ho!!"

Geet who was still standing there in a shock as a silent spectator came back to her senses. She says unbelievably with unshed tears in her eyes "Maan, you did this?? But why???"

Maan walks towards the room bar casually and said pouring a drink for himself "Because your lover boy wanted to tell you the truth before wedding!"

Geet frowns in confusion "Truth?"

Maan sits on the bar stool and sips a drink before saying with a smirk "Itni bhi kya jaldi hai sweetheart sach jaan-ne ki?? Don't worry, we have the whole night for each other's truths. But for now" and he says loudly "Guards!!"

And 6 men enters their room. Maan signals towards Vicky and says "Take him away!!"

Vicky was already unconscious as guards tries to pick him up.

Geet tries to protest them from taking him away when she heard Maan saying

"Don't worry sweetheart! They are taking him to the hospital!!"

So Geet leaves him. As the guards were about to take Vicky out, Geet was gonna go after them when she felt hold on her arm which twirls her back with a jerk.

She saw Maan's face mere inches away from hers. She didn't realised when he came towards her from the bar.

Maan said curiously "Where are you going Geet?"

Geet looks into his eyes angrily and snaps back"Tumse matlab?"

Geet felt his hold on her arms getting harsh and he said angrily "Don't force me to get on my bad side Geet! Trust me, you won't be able to handle it!!"

Geet looks into his eyes and her heart skipped a beat! And the dangerous threat in his voice sent chills to her spine.

But she shakes off the feeling and tries to free her arm from his grip but instead of loosening his grip, he tightens it while digging his nails in her arms angrily.

And he continued "Aaj ke baad tumhara har 'matlab' mujhse shuru ho ke, mujhi pe khatam hoga! Samjhi tum??" and he pushed her rudely on the bed.

She gets up from the bed angrily and asks "Why are you doing this?"

He cools down and said with a smirk "What am I doing?"

"You hurted Vicky? But why?? He's your brother!!!" she said unbelievably. She still couldn't understand that how can he be so brutal to hurt his own brother???

"He's not my brother!" he said casually.

"Whattt?????" Now that was a shocker!!!

"He was our servant's son. My parents adopted him after his parents death. We gave him everything!" Geet could feel anger building up in his voice "Khurana surname! Unlimited money!! Unconditional love!!! My own dadima loved him more than me! I never let him realise that he's not my real brother. But what did he give in return? He tried to back stab me!! Knowing that Maan Singh Khurana never forgives, he still tries to double-cross me!! Jab galti ki hai, to uski sazaa to usse milni hi thi na Geet?!" he finished with an evil homourless laugh!

This was all too much for Geet. Vicky wasn't Maan's real brother! Maan has hurted Vicky! He doesn't even regrets it!! And he's behaving so differently. Is he the same Maan that she knows!!?? She wasn't understanding what is he all talking about!!

She asks confusedly "Backstab? Sazaa? What are you talking about??"

He said "He tried to snatch you away from me!"

Geet still didn't understand. She frowns in confusion.

Maan continued seeing her confused expression "Nahin samjhi?" He chuckles tauntingly and says "Seriously Geet, I have never seen any girl more stupid than you! You are honestly a unique piece!! Sab kuch tumhare saamne sheeshe ki tarah saaf hote huye bhi, kitna aasan hai tumhe bevakoof banana!!"

Anger started building up in her at her insult.

Before she could say anything, or more precisely hit him with something, he said "Remember that day in the mall?" he smirks and said "What did you said? That you would pity the girl who would be my wife! Yehi kaha tha na?" he asks casually.

Geet was in shock but she somewhat knew where this all was going...

He continued "Well Mrs. Maan Singh Khurana, pity yourself as you are my wife now!! I promised you Geet, that in one month you will be my wife!!! See I won today!!!"

Geet felt nauseated by his revelation...

She frowns and says disgustingly "You married me for a challenge??What kind of a man are you??!!"

He says in a husky voice "Jaisa bhi hoon, ab main hi tumhara pati hoon sweetheart!" he smiles and says "Tumhein kya lagaa tha Geet, main tumhare nakhre kiyun seh raha tha? Kiyunki main tumse bohat pyaar karta tha??" he laughs evilly. "As I just told you! Never seen a stupid girl like you!!"

He stops laughing and says "Maine jo bhi jaal bichhaya, tum chup-chaap khud-b-khud uss mein fasti chali gayi!!"

He again goes to the bar and pours another drink for himself and said while sitting on the bar stool "Remember your birthday party? Wo tha mera pehla jaal! Aur tumne khud saamne se aa kar meri taraf dosti ka haath badhaya!!" he takes a sip and smiles at her.

Geet was in shock. She couldn't believe that she has been so stupid to fall for his traps.

"Hamaari shadi to bohat pehle hi ho gayi hoti, agar Vicky beech mein naa aata to!!" Anger started building up in him. "Yes! I know that you liked him. But something that you don't know is that he also liked you!!"

Geet felt millions of emotions passed through her. This was the only thing that she has heard in the last few weeks that gave her so much happiness. Just the knowledge of Vicky liking her too was a heavenly feeling.

Maan saw Geet's changed expressions and said "You heard me right Geet! He dared to like Maan Singh Khurana's girl!! Ussi ki sazaa bhugat raha hai aaj woh!! He dared to like you when he knew that you were just mine!! When he knew that he was married!!" He stressed the word married bringing Geet back to reality and she realised that it doesn't matter if he likes her or not. The fact that he is married is bigger than any other truth.

Maan again saw her changing expressions and he felt satisfied. He continued in a husky voice "Remember that night in the forest when you and me..." he paused to let his words sink into Geet.

Geet closed her eyes to shake off the images the erupted in her mind with his words. Maan smiled enjoying to see the effect on Geet as he wanted it to be.

Geet opens her eyes and said angrily "Oh! So I was right!! You took me there to sleep with me right??"

As his drink got finished, he gets up and smiles crookedly "Wrong! I told you darling you don't have a brain! So why are you exerting yourself!!" he said teasingly. "I took you just for work." and he starts walking towards her "If I wanted to sleep with you, I could've done it a long time back! I don't have to do all this to take a girl to my bed. Main jab chahta, jahaan chahta, tumhe apne bed pe leke aa sakta tha, IF I wanted to!! It's true that I took you there just for the meeting. That night wasn't a part of my plan" and he said huskily "but that doesn't mean that I didn't enjoyed it!!" he winked at her.

"You digust me Maan!!" she said me angrily.

"You know what Geet? I don't care!!" he said in unbothered tone.

"Anyways, back to the truth! After that night, things got a bit complicated. So it was time for Plan B!!"

He asks curiously "Ek baat batao Geet, did you seriously thought that you could've left KA so easily?" he chuckles. "Did you thought that I could've let you go that easily??" And he says dramatically "So here comes the 'Proposal'!!"

He said while mimicking a typical girl "Aaawww poor Maan!! Begging for his love at your feet. Oh Geet, how can you be so heartless?! Please accept him!!" and he laughs.

His laugh gave goose bumps to Geet. She frowns at him but didn't say anything..

He stops laughing all of a sudden and asks himself seriously "But how can she accept him, when she loves Vicky?" he smiles and says to Geet "Did you ever thought Geet, that why did Vicky chose that particular day to tell you about his marriage?" he smiles crookedly and says "Because I made him! I purposely sent you home early because I knew that you will go straight to Vicky to confess your feelings for him!"

He sits on the sofa with his one leg on the other and said "Pata hai Geet, kabhi kabhi mujhe tum pe bohat taras aata tha. I really pitied you. I didn't wanted to do all this but you left no other option with me. Even after a broken heart, you were not ready to come to me!! So it was time for the final blow!!! I hope by now you have realised that the storeroom fiasco and those reporters were also my work! But I still have doubts on your teeny-meeny brain. So yes! It was all my plan." he smirks. "But you can't blame me for that. I gave you a fair chance to run away. Remember, I called a press conference to break up with you." He fakes fear and corrects himself "Sorry, I mean when you were gonna break up with me!" he smiles and continues

"But you declared that we are getting married!! Ab jeet saamne se chal kar mera darwaza khat-khatayegi, to main nahaane thodi na baithunga Geet!!! So that's the whole 'truth' which Vicky wanted to tell you. Because unfortunately, for him of course, he has come to know about this. And the rest is history..."

He says seriously "Tumhari kismat ka faisla to ussi din ho gaya tha Geet, jis din tumne Maan Singh Khurana ko challenge karne ki galti ki thi!!"

Geet was numb with shock. What has she thought, and what happened!! She couldn't believe that he played such a big dirty game with her. Everything, every single thing that went wrong in her life in the last few weeks was all planned by him! All this time, she thought she was in control of her life, when actually he was reining it all along. She has become just a mere puppet at his hands. She regretted the day when she met him. She regretted the day when she challenged him...

He has ruined everything for her, he has ruined her life. And that too just because of some stupid challenge. All those times that she spent with him as friends, was nothing for him. She thought they were friends, but he doesn't even know the meaning of friendship!! And she has staked her whole life, her whole future for that friendship. What will happen when her parents would come to know about this?

Because she was sure somewhere in her mind, that her plan wasn't gonna work anymore.. She has thought that after some time, she would get divorce from him. The reason why she doesn't want a big wedding!!! But she could tell that he's not gonna leave her so easily.

She has not only ruined her life, but also ruined her family's honour. She was now his 'wife'!! She was 'married' to him. Marriage that she herself has agreed to! He is right! She is a fool! How can she be so stupid that she didn't see all this? But what's the use of crying over spilled beans. She can't change the past.

But now what? He has won the challenge, so what does he want from her now??

Geet felt fear engulfing her completely. She felt her life slipping away from her hands and she couldn't even do anything. She felt very scared. She didn't know his intentions at all. But she could tell this much that this guy is bad news! He is pure evil. He can go to any extent to get whatever he wants. Her ruined life was enough example to tell her that! But what does he wants??

Geet was petrified but she faked a brave face and asked "So what do you want now?"

Maan gets up from the sofa and said while walking towards Geet "Well that's a very good question! What do I want now!! What do you think I would want on the first night of my wedding?"

He comes closer to her and whispers in her ear in a husky voice "I want to have our SR!!!"

First of all guys, I'm really very very sorry. I know you must be hating me right now for making Maan so hateful! I'm pretty sure all of you would b hating Maan rite now (Is there ny1 who is not hating him?)

So this was the big shocker update that I talked about few updates ago. I know many of u hv guessed that maan was behind all this. And seriously guys I 'did' wanted to tell u that u all r right! But just cudnt make myself break that sweet image of a lover boy that he was pretending to b... Atleast for all that time, you DID liked him!!! There's a saying that ignorance is a bliss! That was the reason I was keeping it to myself till the end... That's y never showed what maan is thinking...

Anyways, for the next update, do u want their SR or not? Personally, I don't think it's a very good idea rite now to hv a SR as geet is kinda character who would not give in too easily. And as a result, SR is gonna turn into something very bad!!! (I hope u r getting where I'm heading to...) But still it's totally your decision!!! I can write what YOU want...

Well SR would not be adviced at this point. Make him change a little and Mann to really miss her after she leaves!!! MAan being bad... is not acceptable

all this time i thought Geet would be the bad onee but it ended up being Maan!
aha good cuz i'd rather see Maan as the bad guy instead of Geet!

Hell No there cant be a SR!!😡.. How can Geet submit to or feel anything for such a despicable man! Geet has been wrong many times of course but she was always honest and clear about things.. BUt Maan!! that heartless wretched beast!
