Who is this "spokesperson/publicist?."

The only person whose allowed to speak for the whole Bachchan parivar is Amitabh and his thesauras and no one else and he does a marvelous job of it.

Yes, because Preity was a friend, it was her duty to tell Aishwarya and she did. Kareena didn't have to tell Aishwarya because they are not friends. Just like how Aishwarya didn't need to tell Nandita about it.
