Not wanting to open this can of worms...I still have to comment - isn't her jawline the same as when she was very young? The Refugee days? Well - looks like her jawline tightens with weight loss and loosens a bit with weight gain. Happens to quite a few people. I do believe that her jawline surgery rumors are just that - rumors!
