DAY - 7 : EARLY MORNING

Geet woke up and kissed on Maan's forehead as she whispered to him "gud mrng honey". She got off the bed and opened the ward robe...heap of clothes fell over her as soon as she opened the door.

Geet: what the hell?...Maan kya haal banaya iss ward robe ka

She took the pile of clothes folded them properly and placed them in the rack, she dropped her medical kit while arranging the clothes in the rack.

Geet: Oh NO!!!

She took all the tablet sheets that fell on the floor and placed them back in the kit, then she noticed something and panicked.

Geet: OH my goodness!! How did i forget about this?...i got busy with that project and later Maan's surprise tour and i forgot about this...i think i have to check this now

She took the towel and went inside the bathroom.

Geet: OMG!! iska matlab...oh god i have to tell this to Maan...no no first i will confirm this with mom and i will tell him later..ya this would be fine

She finished her shower and called her mom but Rano didn't lift the phone

Geet: i will try after some time

Maan woke up and didn't find Geet in the room, he took the shower and then checked for her in the balcony and didn't find her there ...he has searched for her and has seen her standing near the swimming pool.

Geet is deeply thinking about something and didn't notice Maan's presence he came from the back and hugged her. She got scared for the sudden hug and came out of her imagination.

Geet: oh god!!!...Maan u have scared me

Maan: scared?...but y?...who would hug u from the back other than me...r u expecting John to hug u?

Geet: Maan ...stop it

Maan: ok now tell me...what r u thinking seriously?

Geet: voh mai...nothing

Maan: what?...what r u hiding?

Geet: hiding?...nothing

Maan: nothing?...strange...then what r u doing here alone thinking seriously and...and wearing this saree...r we going outside?...swiss me saree pahenke kaha ja rahi ho...what's the plan...what's going on in ur head?

Geet: just felt like wearing a saree today that's it nothing special...we are not going anywhere, i don't feel like going anywhere i just want to spend time with u as we are going to leave tomorrow this is last day and i just want to spend this day with u

Maan: hmmm nice excuse...but i don't feel like believing u...ok i will wait till u tell me the exact reason by urself

Geet: Maan aisa koi baat na...

Geet's cell phone started ringing and she has seen that her mom is calling her.Geet is trying to call her mom continuously but her mom is not answering her calls. She doesn't want to tell him anything without talking with her mom...so she is trying ways to send him away from there so that she could talk with her mom privately.

Maan: Geet what r u thinking... pick up the call

Geet: ya...Maan i am feeling hungry pls get me something

Maan: what?...u want me to...

Geet: then y did u fire John...and u promised me that u r going to cook for me

Maan: when did i say that...

Geet: Maan plz...make it fast

She is pushing him so that he has to leave from there...Maan left from there reluctantly cursing Geet and her stupid SLAVE GAME because of which he has fired John. She answered the call after Maan left from there.

Geet: Ma

Rano: what happened Geet...u have been calling me.. i have left this phone in the bed room and i am at the kitchen so i couldn't pick ur phone...is everything fine

Geet: ma...voh maine check kar li...and the result is positive..toh iska matlab confirm hena

Rano: ab waqt mila tumhe check karne keliya...ofcourse its confirm i told u to check before one month and u got time to check now...anyways Geet i am so happy...i will tell ur dad he will feel very much happy...did u inform Maan

Geet: nahi ...i thought of confirming with u before i say anything to Maan..and Mom plz don't tell dad i will tell him

Rano: ok...when r u coming back to INDIA

Geet: we are coming back tomorrow itself...mom i am so happy

Rano: i know meri bachi...luv u so much

Geet: thanq mom...luv u too

Geet felt happy and rushed towards the kitchen running fast to meet Maan... she stopped suddenly touching her stomach, then she took steps slowly and carefully. She is cautious of each and every step of hers'...it took 10 minutes to take 20 steps...ufff she somehow reached the kitchen and has seen Maan cribbing at the kitchen.

Geet: Maan

Maan: what?

Geet: i have something to tell u

Maan: i know what u r going to tell me...but Geet u have to eat what ever i prepare...i am not going to cook as per ur wish...eat these sandwiches and keep quiet

Geet made a pout listening to him

Geet: i don't want anything

Maan: Geet i am serious...this is not the time to throw tantrums

Geet: i don't want ur sandwich

Maan: then what do u want?

Geet eyes became moist ...Maan noticed this and didn't understand the sudden change in her behaviour

Geet: i want divorce

Maan: divorce?...have u gone mad?

She is crying by now and headed towards their bedroom and Maan followed her.

Maan: Geet i am talking with u...what's wrong?...y r u crying?

She called her father without answering him...Maan didn't understand what she is doing

Mohindar is attending a meeting in his office..he has seen that Geet is calling..he asked his manager to take care of the meeting and came out of the meeting room to attend Geet's call.

Mohindar: Geet how r u?

Geet: papa ...papa mujhe divorce chahiye

Mohindar: what?...Geet r u ok..what happened...Maan ne kuch kaha kya?...where is Maan...first tell me what exactly happened?...

Maan is looking at Geet and he got shocked when he found that she is talking with her dad

Geet: voh Maan ne mujhe...

Mohindar: ha batao kya kia Maan ne

She wiped her tears and cleared her throat

Geet: voh Maan ne..he has changed my relationship status...not only mine urs also

Mohindar: Geet sedhe sedhe batao ki kya hua

She smiled looking at Maan while Maan is fuming with anger and confusion...she is looking straight into Maan's eyes, she touched his face with her hand

Geet: he changed my relationship status from his wife to the mother of his baby...and ur status from father to grand father

Geet shared the good news with her husband and her father at a time. Mohindar and Maan got surprised listening to her...Maan is looking with blank expression on his face, he didn't react for few moments.

Mohindar: Geet sach me...am i becoming grand father?

Geet: ha dad

Mohindar: Geet tum ne mujhe kitna dara diya...where is Maan?

She gave the phone to Maan who is still shocked

Mohindar: congrats Beta

Geet: Maan dad is waiting

Maan: ha papa...ji thanx

She took the phone from Maan and finished her conversation with her dad.Mohindar went inside the meeting room and announced bonus to the entire staff.

Maan is looking at her stomach...Geet noticed this and she is blushing. Maan placed his hand on her cheek.

Maan: kaunsa maheena chal raha hai

Geet(blushed): 2 months and 23 days

Maan: 2 months 23 days?...iska matlab..iska matlab

Geet: ha...first attempt me bhi

Maan: in the first attempt itself...Geet y didn't u tell me this before...i am going to become dad...Geet ...

Maan is falling short of words, he doesn't know how to express his happiness. He hugged Geet tightly and showered kisses on her.

Maan: thanq Geet...thanq very much

He stopped suddenly and removed his hands from her waist "r u ok?...did i hurt u?...sry Geet i didn't realise ki..."

He got scared thinking about the way he hugged her and he remembered what all he has done to her last day, he is hesitating to touch her. Geet stopped him by placing her hand on his mouth.

Geet: Maan relax...i am fine

She made him sit on the bed, she sat beside him and placed her head on his shoulder, she took his hand into hers' and placed it on her stomach ... she placed her other hand inside his shirt on his heart. She could listen to his racing heart beat.

Geet: i am perfectly fine... stop thinking about anything else...just think about u, me and the baby

Maan felt her skin with his hand, he smoothly moved his hand on her stomach. He is trying to feel the baby inside her stomach...he got scared and removed his hand

Geet: what happened Maan?

Maan: if something happens to the baby...so i removed my hand...can u feel the baby moving

Geet: Maan tum bhi na...it's just 2 and half months...and the baby is just a fetus there is still sometime for the baby to get proper shape and all

She took his hand and placed it on her stomach, he smoothly rubbed his fingers on her skin trying to pat the baby inside her womb.

Geet: i can't believe that i am becoming a mother...Maan i am so happy... thanq very much

She hugged him and closed her eyes..Maan got up suddenly as he remembered something.

Geet: Maan where r u going?

Maan: bus abhi aata hu

He came after few minutes with the breakfast in his hands..he fed her with his hands.

Maan: Geet u have to be careful from now on wards ...drink this juice

Geet: Maan baad me piti hu

Maan: no u have to drink now itself..finish it off

Geet: Maan...plz

He made her eat the food and drink the juice

Maan: Geet we will meet the doctor come let's go

Geet: Maan we are going back tomorrow itself ...we will meet our family doctor and get his opinion

Maan: no we are going now itself

Geet: Maan plz ...listen to me...plz meri baat suno...i don't want to go anywhere just stay with me..plz honey

He sat beside her and started teasing her.

Maan: Geet u r a CRY BABY and now r going to become mother of another baby...i have to take care of two babies from now onwards

Geet: Maan i am not a Cry Baby...i can take care of our baby...Maan u want a boy or girl?

Maan: hmmm i want a baby girl... but not a demon like u

Geet(made a pout): Maan... i am not a demon

Maan: ok ...ok...now don't cry

Geet: i am not crying

Maan teased her a lot and finally made up his mind to take care of the two babies present infornt of him.They informed dadima and Pari about the good news and all of them felt happy and Pari didn't leave any chance to tease Geet.
