Written Update: 31st August

Shobna comes with her sone ka pitara aka box containing gold biscuits to where Ba & Kailash are sitting & pretends to accidentally drop it in front of Kailash. The biscuits tumble out creating an awkward situation. Kailash picks them up & hands the box to Shobna who in turn hands it over to Ba to be safely put in the family locker. She earns glares from Dadi & makes Kailash uncomfy when she says that the world is no longer safe.

Kailash walks to the guest room dejectedly & sits on the bed,eyes closed, fingers pinching the bridge of his nose. Laxmi comes & pulls his wig off...err...massages his head😉. She insists on knowing the reason for his tensions, but he brushes it aside. He says its his old age, but she is also talking like oldies. She says she wont press the matter, but if later on she comes to know the cause, she will be heart broken. Then he asks her whether she is happy & she affirms stating that now even Shobna has accepted them. Kailash comments on Vijay-Angad's relationship, when Laxmi says that she is trying to mend that relation too. She then leaves him to relax.Kailash is really distressed that he lied to his daughter for the first time, but didnt have the heart to tell her that his house is soon to be auctioned off.

Shobna is pacing her room, deep in evil thoughts, when Raandal asks her to come down as the food is served. Shobna enquires whether everyone is there. Raandal affirms. Shobna forumlates an evil plan & quietly makes her way to Ba's room. She opens the cupboard looking for the damn gold biscuits. Laxmi asks Raandal whether she called Shobna, who confirms it. She then heads to Ba's room to get her medicines. Shobna is frantically looking for the gold.Suspense...is Laxmi going to see Shobna? Seems not as Shobna finds the biscuits in a box & heads out before Laxmi reaches the room.When are the evil people discovered before their plans are successful, in TV world??

Next morning, Ba is cribbing about no one getting tea for her & asks Dadaji where is he going. He says to the bank. She asks why. He says to rob it!! (lol😆) They argue a bit. Ba goes to the cupboard to look for Shobna's box.(Got to know her name for the first time: Kanchan!!) Laxmi comes with tea. Dadi asks her to help her look for the box. When Laxmi & Jaggi ask her what is she looking for, she tells them for Shobna's gold biscuits. Dadaji scolds her as to why she didnt lock the cupboard. But she tells him off & all of them go around looking for the box. Dadi is worried that now she will have to tell Shobna the truth.

Kailash is packing his bag when Shobna throws the gold at him. He asks her about them & she says its gold biscuits which you stole from this house. Kailash is shocked. He denies it. She has now turned the story saying that you were stealing them & have now done a u-turn since you saw me.She blames him for stealing them. Kailash asks why is she blaming him. Shobna says that you have proven yourself to be a thief. Kailash asks what does she seek to gain from all this. She says she wants to break Laxmi & hurt her. She then recounts all the instances when Laxmi hurt her fragile ego. She says she will ensure that Kailash & Laxmi pay for it all. She says that Laxmi separated her from one person whom she loved the most, now she wants to separate Laxmi from one person whom she respected the most. Kailash folds his hands & tells her that she is making a big mistake in name of revenge. Shobna doesnt want to hear it all as she is determined to spoil Laxmi & her dear ones' lives. (Err...how come no one is eavesdropping now????😡) She wants Laxmi to be all alone. Kailash begs for mercy on Laxmi & offers himself as a scapegoat. Shobna pretends to forgive & they mute out what she tells him. Kailash's expressions are still shocked.

Dadi goes to Shobna's room & informs her of the loss. Shobna pretends to be stunned. Dadi says she looked everywhere but couldnt find them anywhere. Shobna pretends to wonder where they could have gone. She insinuates Kailash, but Dadi says she just doesnt think anyone would have stolen them. She thinks she must have misplaced them & asks for some more time to look for them. Shobna says if she gets them ok, otherwise no point creating a ruckus about it. Dadi is guilty as hell. Shobna says that she has planted the seeds for a big ruckus, & is now only waiting for the explosion which will shake Laxmi up.

Precap: Kailash is leaving when he stumbles & the gold biscuits drop out. Laxmi rushes to his aide but when she sees the gold, she stops. Shobna asks Ba if it isnt the same gold which got lost? Jaggi & Kanchan exchange shocked glances.
