Written Update: 29th August

Kaaveri tells Shobna about Angad finally confessing his love to Laxmi. Shobna is shocked. Laxmi seeks her blessings. Kaaveri notices Shobna lost in thought & questions her. Shobna smiles & says she knew this would have happened sooner or later. She is just thinking how to celebrate the occasion.

Angad & Laxmi are sitting on their bed where Angad is sharing a story from New Zealand. Once a girl called him & told him that she wanted to share some info about his wife. He had laughed it off since he didnt have a wife at that time. Laxmi stands up & teases him, maybe there is a wife & walks slightly away. Angad comes & hugs her from behind. He sees through her & says ok, let there be a wife somewhere. How does it matter to you? Let her be happy & you also be happy!! She expresses her wish to meet her. He says for that you need to go out with me, but you are so busy with household chores. She then just says" Na re baba" i am happy with my chores, i dont want to meet your other wife. She starts leaving, but he pulls her to him & they are so close. 😳He tells her that he wants to take her out & she will have to make time.He pouts that he wants to spend the whole day with her, they are married after all. She smiles mischeviously & again starts leaving with "I will try". Again he pulls her back where she was...right close to him. 😍He wants her to make it happen. She is fidgeting & asks how will she try if he doesnt leave her. After a lot of hesitation he finally leaves her & she runs away!!! Angad just tells us "Love is a crazy feeling"(Acha???Didnt know! Thanks for telling us a universal fact 🤪& that u r actually experiencing it...varna pata nahi chalta!🤔!)

As she walks downstairs, she sees Angad upstairs who has changed into a white shirt(oooh!!😳 He is looking good!!😍) She walks across Dadi who is sitting & trying to put a thread through a needle's eye. She helps Dadi with threading the needle & looks up at Angad who is signalling her to hurry up. Dadi calls her back that she didnt thread the needle, is she in a hurry to go somewhere? Laxmi goes back & threads the needle, but eyes keeping roving to Angad who is getting restless upstairs. As she is about to bolt, Uttang calls her & wants her to see some video on his phone. Mahen also wants her to hear something. She is caught between the brothers, including Angad above, who is constantly signalling her to be quick!(Err...howcome no one else has seen him signalling upstairs..??!!)Finally Laxmi runs to the kitchen to Kaaveri to seek permission, & Angad singals that he is coming down too. Laxmi sees Kaaveri chopping a lot of veggies & questions her. Kaaveri says she is making many nice dishes as its a happy day!! Laxmi goes to Raandal & asks whether she can help. Raandal says she will do it. Laxmi sees this as an opportunity to go. Kaaveri bursts her bubble & asks her to cook the veggie. She is being extra quick at it & is reprimanded for same. Laxmi looks at Angad who has come down & is pointing at his watch. She signals 5 minutes. He tries to be normal & walks to the kitchen, smiling at Kaaveri when she sees him in front of her. He is trying to hurry Laxmi when Raandal/Kaaveri arent looking & even helps in cooking. When its all done, both are happily trying to escape when Mahen comes & tells her that she answered wrongly to one of his questions.So he wants her to go with her so that he can tell her all about the right answer. She is left with no choice but to follow him. Angad is crestfallen.

Its evening time, Laxmi comes down in her blue suit & Angad tells her to come now at least. She says you go ahead, I'll follow soon. Just as she crosses the family at the carrom, Dadi again interrupts. She asks her to sit with her & play carrom as she wants to defeat Dadaji & Mahen. Laxmi says she doesnt know how to play, but Dadi insists. Finally Dadaji sees Angad & asks him to play instead of Laxmi. He then notices his frown & questions him. Angad says he is married now. Shobna comes to the balcony upstairs. Dadaji asks Angad to elaborate, when Angad informs all that he hasnt been able to spend time with the person whom he got married to. Everyone gets the picture & is nodding/smiling except Shobna. Laxmi is embarrassed as Angad complains that it feels she married the house instead of him! Dadi agrees that if you make secret plans, this is bound to happen & tells him off for not sharing his happiness. He looks at Laxmi then questions what happiness. Dadi tells him about his falling in love.AnXmi share an eyelock. Dadi delegates Mahen to prepare for the celebrations to be held the next day to mark the union of AnXmi & then warns Angad not to make such secret plans in future. Angad agrees & threatens them not to delay Laxmi in chores next time. Everyone is taking a mickey out of him. Kaaveri gets up & asks Laxmi to come with her as she wants to give Laxmi a saree for tomorrow. Angad asks what about me!! (😲Tu bhi saree pehenega??😲😲 Kaveri, forget about Laxmi, first give one to Angad!!😉😆) Dadaji tells him that after marriage, the groom is not given anything, just has to keep emptying his wallet. They all smile & Kaaveri-Laxmi go upstairs. Kaaveri takes out a beautiful saari & gives it to Laxmi to don the next day. Just then Shobna comes with another saree(her dumb plan to come between the duo🤢) & pretend to have brought it for Laxmi to don for the same occasion, but then remarks that Kaaveri has already given her one. Laxmi & Kaaveri exchange glances. Kaaveri tells Shobna that Laxmi will wear Shobna's choice tomorrow. Laxmi readily agrees as its after all Shobna's first gift to Laxmi. Kaaveri goes on to remind Shobna that she is Laxmi's mother in law, so Laxmi will follow her instructions to the T. Shobna walks away smirking silently that she wants Laxmi to always follow her instructions & light her own pyre.

Laxmi comes to the kitchen & asks Raandal to go & sleep. Raandal mentions that she is peeling peas. Laxmi says they'll do it tomorrow, just then the lightening begins. She asks Raandal to go & sleep & herself goes to check if all windows are closed.

Kaaveri & Shobna are sitting on the swing & Kaaveri asks Shobna to share her thoughts with her. Shobna asks her whether she remembers that their mom used to say that a girl's parents house should be far away from her in-laws place, only then the girl is truly happy. Kaaveri asks her to come to the point in a nicer way. Shobna expresses her doubt to become a mom to Laxmi as Laxmi gets to see Kaaveri every day.

There Laxmi goes to Harsukh's room & sees him sleeping. She checks the windows & goes to one which is open. Harsukh's hands move & he knocks out a medicine bottle. Laxmi hears it & goes upto him.Harsukh is not moving any more, but his hand is next to the table. She gets the picture.

Kaaveri is perplexed by Shobna's words. She is about to say something when Laxmi comes running & informs them about what happened in Harsukh;s room.Shobna is shocked again, but Kaaveri is happy.

She runs with Angad in tow to Harsukh's room. Kaaveri urges him to get up & starts rubbing his hands while Angad rubs his feet. Shobna, Raandal, Dadaji-Dadi, Vijay all come running in one by one. Vijay tells Angad to call the doc.Uttang comes & says he has informed the doc who must be on his way.

The doctor checks Harsukh up with Kaaveri all emotional. He informs all that at the moment, everything is normal, but any movement in his body is a good indication. Everyone is happy, barring Shobna. The doctor continues that now there is some hope that Harsukh is going to recover soon. Kaaveri shares her joy with Angad who is sitting beside her. Angad too assures her & says he cant wait to defeat him in Carrom as he has always lost to Harsukh in childhood. Everyone smiles. Angad hugs Kaaveri.

Precap: Shobna is all her vile self...She says that Vijay will accept Angad sooner or later, but she will not let Laxmi unite with her father(hmm..Vijay or the real one?). Laxmi's dad is sitting on a bed & is questioning Shobna what is this? Shobna says gold biscuits which u stole from this house. Kailash (is that his name...i am having amnesia here!!) is stunned...
