I have been into fitness for quite some time. I maintain discipline at work and home. I have a six pack and I have been going to gym regularly with Debina (my wife) since past few years. I also practice kick boxing. I used to hit the gym when I was in Jabalpur - much before I entered the industry. So my muscles are not a byproduct of overnight magic. When I was playing the character of Ram, I had to wear clothes where my arms and chest were visible, so it was important for me to stay fit. 😃
