Amba to Dev!

when Dev asks Amba, breaking his marriage vows wont it be called Adharam???
then Amba says " Dharam ko nibhane ke khaathir rishthon se uthna padtha hai"


Aap boliye na Ambaji kaise uthna padtha hai???
the way u seperated a child from a mother.
or the same as u, as a heartless person who could not even feel an ounce of pain seeing the mother crying getting seperated from her child.
or the way the young boy was starved for love for some else's selfish reasons.
or the way u broke the ties when Dev needed the support.

till now there was just one who was arrogant, now the other has joined in the list.

I think Amba is Dadaji's real sister or maby be blood relations between of them..thats why they both want to do always Adharm...

Amba is RP,s loyal servant , in the olden times there used to be Dai ma in very reputed families and royalty, who took care of the child and they were loyal to the family ...She does not have any feelings otherwise have sensed Dev,s pain ...She was just doing her duty to RP...Niha you have written very touching post ...

I was not suprised that Amba wasn't supporting Dev till now we didn't see any kinda emotional bond with Dev. And now I understand why. She was just doing her duty for RP. I did get angry by her words about dharma and society and Dev is wrong and she can't support him. Wondering how Dadaji and Amba don't respect marriage . So you sacriface your own relationshisp for a bigger cause what if the cause is wrong than what. It is sad that Dev never had a parents love. Don't consider Padma as his mother because she was always busy with Rohan and only now she notice Dev. Glad that Radhika had Mansaram.

Neeja she was loyal servant to RP but when it comes to Dev she brought him up from when he was small, so there is atleast some emotion when u see that kid in pain. But Amba she could not feel his pain too. She is so emotion less.

I was also extremely upset with this sermon given by daima.

1) will anyone come forward to marry with these kind of people ruling the roost.

2) Dev sacrificed Radhika for the sake of these relationships only and now where has this landed.

3) If dev has to give up his relationship with Radhika then he also needs to give up the relationship he has with all the purohits and bring the truth to the forefront.

4) If relationship is not so important then why should rohan's audacity be hidden.

5) If punsihment is to be given in the name of dharm it is true for anybody and why is radhika vicitmised for faults of others and the so called others are protected and she is the scape goat.

Dev has to simply go all out for the truth and reestablish the name of RP by giving a new meaning to the same.
